Assembly is easy - unzip the bottom of the chair and get the legs out and screw them in, connect the cables, plug it in and you're done - a 15-20 minute operation. Make sure you have a lot of light where you're working - the underside of the chair is black, the screws are black, and the flange through which the screws are inserted are black. The hardest part was unpacking the item from the box. It is packed REALLY well.

The couch looked very nice. But, the seating cushions were too hard. I was hoping for a soft seating position.

Pro-Soft leather. Firm seating. Well made. Stitched seams are on the heavy wear edges. Large seat area while appearing compact. Excellent piece in a small room. Leather feels thick and sturdy. Easy to assemble. Wood legs are a medium brown that goes well with most flooring. Power is very quiet and operates at a medium speed without any loud locking in position noise. Stylish controls and USB port together. Color looks light gray at night and light blueish tinted gray during the day. I use it as contrast, not trying to match with other gray colors. Almost perfect chair for me.Con- Leg rest position coincides with back rest. If you choose to raise the leg rest, the back recline goes down.No sitting up straight with legs extended (big fault I think). When fully extended the back is to about 85% flat and legs are almost level. Never will your legs be above your head without using a pillow. If looking for a nice multi position recliner, that buries you in puffy fluff, this is Not the right chair for you.

This electric reclining loveseat looks good and thank goodness it is comfortable. Taking off one star because I had to put this together myself; why in the world isn’t there option to pay to get this delivered and put together. If I had to pay $100 or $250 more I would have definately considered because now everyone can put together big furniture. Heavy!

We received the couch, loveseat and chair yesterday. Assembly went well and so far, we are very happy with this purchase. Loving the light gray color and the genuine leather is very nice; it's also pretty comfortable.Update: The reclining mechanism on one of the sofa seats broke WITHIN the 6mos warranty period; Armen never replaced it. The reclining mechanism one one of the loveseat seats, broke a few weeks after that.Beware!!!!

Loveseat arrived with damaged legs and missing parts. I have been waiting for the parts for 4 weeks, now, so unable to use the loveseat.

Very cute loveseat. We got it to watch TV and relax but it is not as comfortable as we expected, this is why I took 2 stars off.We will look for a pretty yet comfortable loveseat/ sofa. If you are thinking on something comfortable, look for something different.
