There is nothing to dislike about this product. I wish it cost less, but I’ve spent a ton on products that never worked. Don’t want to be without this one!

This is the first time In my life I leave a review for a product. This past year I’ve struggle with really bad cystic acne all over my face. I decided to come off BC on May of 2018 and it took about 3 months for my face to go bananas. I tried everything, when I say everything I mean everything. I found a really good doctor who put me on a antiinflamatorio my diet and supplements. This helped me on the inside. Then I started using curology and that was a life changing product! It got rid of my cysts and all the inflammation on my face was gone. I followed up with Banish Scars and that helped a lot with the scarring but I still got a bit of acne. I decided to try the Gut primer since I’ve been having a lot of stomach problems, not only helped with my stomach issues but it completely changed my skin. My skin is glowing and barely have my actives. Thank you Beauty Chef

This product mixes well with sparkling water or kombucha. It tastes fine, and more importantly, it works.

It tastes very good, and has made me feel better in my gut as well.

The packaging from this seller is missing the instructions which are key! Do not take this on an empty stomach - it contains zinc! I had to contact The Beauty Chef to find out why my stomach hurt worse after consuming. Not sure why this sellers particular labeling does not have instructions.

I do think this helps somewhat with mild digestive issues/discomfort, but I wouldn’t expect miracles and would start with half a serving to see how you tolerate it. The ingredients are good in theory and this tastes fine to me when prepared like a tisane in warm water.
