UPDATE:The seller did get back to me about my concerns. All they said was that each scarf was handmade & they basically took no responsibility for the fraying & workmanship. The scarf is obviously damaged. It arrived this way (photos shown). One photo shows poor workmanship. The other photos shows two stretched areas from being snagged by something. Clearly, I will need to speak to Amazon directly about this.----------------I opened the envelope with the scarf in it, today. It does not come in a box as shown in the photo. But oh well. The edges were already fraying. What I mean is the parts that were made of the dark thread were unraveling already & making their way up the lighter colored threads. Parts of the scarf were damaged by some kind of excessive force that stretched out the scarf & made the stitching come loose. It is very obvious because the darker thread is so much darker than the lighter thread. The contrasting colors highlight the damage even more. I ordered a scarf that was the same color throughout. Even though it has similar issues, it is less noticeable because it is lighter in color. In any case, I am waiting for the seller to get back to me about a return.
