This case is nicer in person than what I expected. The padding is decent and I love the backpack-style straps. It also has enough room in the bag that I can leave a strap attached to the ukulele without any fit issues.I’d feel comfortable traveling with this bag when I’d be the only one handling it, like on a road trip. I would not trust it as a checked bag, but I didn’t buy it for that purpose.I gave it 4 stars because unfortunately the bag is shipped folded, which compressed some of the foam at the neck of the bag, and I can feel the foam is thinner in that area as it didn’t fully recover from being folded.I still like it though, and I think that for the price it is a very good value. It’d be perfect for a kid who needs to carry their ukulele to school or band practice as long as they’re not very clumsy or careless.Overall, I would absolutely buy more of these bags in the future.

Bought this for my wife and she loved it. Along with being cute, the fabric is also of good quality, and there is sufficient padding to keep the uke safe.

I built an Ukulele from a kit. My granddaughter turned 12 last month. I bought the case because of the reviews and how it looked. To my surprise it was very sturdy and nice looking.
