It cooks well, but not terribly high quality
Pros: I love the bright, happy purple color of this pan... Cooking and clean-up are a dream. Eggs practically float while cooking, and they slip around so easily, that it is almost hard to flip them. :)Cons: the first time I washed the pan, the purple paint was easily scrubbed off by my sponge. It was one of those purple sponges with a scrubby side and a soft side. I know now to only use the soft side with this pan. Also, the handle is loose/wobbly... So, we tried to tighten it with a screwdriver. But, the screw was as already tight as it could go, and was super cheap...attempting to tighten the screw only succeeded in stripping the screw-head.Overall, the way it cooks and cleans-up will have me reaching for it first when I cook.If I remember correctly, it isn't meant for cooking at high heat; the pan gets pretty hot at med-heat. Also, you must warm it up slowly; let it warm to low heat for 5min or so... Then notch it up slowly to med-heat. Which on my old stove, was just fine for frying.

My Go-To Frying Pan
I have been using this pan for 5 weeks, at least once a day, quite often twice. There is always some oil from whatever I am cooking e.g. my eggs are fried in the bacon grease, or I have added a tsp of coconut oil. I have also cooked beef, chicken, ground turkey, tuna patties, onions, peppers, garlic, tomatoes, zucchini and more...What I have found is:- it is my go-to pan, even when I should use something smaller I still go with this one- I use a lower heat than normal - the pan is thinner, but it spreads the heat quickly and evenly- I have not had a situation where something has stuck to it. I have had omelettes brown and adhere to the bottom, but I can get my spatula underneath and lift it all off. I like mine a little browned by the way.- It cleans super easily, which I do love.- I have put it in the dishwasher 3 or 4 times and it has had no affect on the non-stick ability. I did find that the silver parts of the pan e.g. the rim, underneath and where the handle joins the pan discolored, but I am less concerned with aesthetics than the cooking results. Why did I only give it 4 stars:- It arrived a little warped so it wobbles. Yes, I should have replaced it but oh, the hassle. So I tried it out and was surprised that the heat still distributed evenly and I guess because I like it's other attributes so much, I am still happy to use it as is.- The ceramic does scratch easily. I admit I am not handling it with TLC and there has been the occasional knife (also ceramic, which I am now trying to avoid) and quite often forks in it. In reality, it probably scratches no more easily than Teflon but because it is white, the scratches show more easily.Bottom line, I will definitely buy again when this one wears out.

What can I say?
I can't say much about this pan because I've only had it a few days and only used it once. Being the first time, it was appropriately nonstick. The pan is very lightweight, and if I had been making an omelet instead of scrambling eggs I would have expected hot spots, and will be watching for them as I continue to use the pan. I know you get what you pay for, but I needed a new pan in a hurry, wanted ceramic nonstick, and this was in my (fixed-budget) price range. I hope it will last long enough to give me some sense as to whether I want to buy a better quality ceramic-lined pan in the future. I will update or replace this review once I have some experience withe the product.

Amazing!
This pan is great. First off, I never used a ceramic pan before so I read the description and instructions. I made an omelette and added a very tiny amount of olive oil in which i used a napkin to spread around the pan. NOTHING stuck to the pan.Just take to time to read the inside of the label and you FOLLOW those instructions and nothing in or on the pan should burn.Check out the two photos I uploaded. After I cooked and cleaned the pan and it still looks brand new!

Rather disappointed this time.
Love this pan, I bought the smaller one a little while ago. The handle is loose on this and the screw won't tighten. I would like to have it replaced but returning it was the only option offered. Very disappointed. If the seller is reading this, I WOULD RATHER have a REPLACEMENT!

Pan has a lip so don't expect food to slide out easily
The picture did not agree with what was sent. I was expecting a pan with no lip. The pan has a lip and it doesn't fry scrambled eggs very well.

Great pan for every day use.
I bought one of these from walmart recently and loved the pan, but I ruined it by cooking on high heat and walking away.... (yea I know, I know) The enamel was still somewhat non stick, but anything that you browned in them was almost impossible to remove so I'm going to try and take better care of these so they'll last. (Hopefully(Anyhow, I bought this pan along with the 11". They work great... and seem to be made well. I've used both of them a couple times, but I'll check back and let you all know if I have any issues. So far so good! The only thing I noticed, is that the 8" pan had a little scuff mark on the purple painted surface on the outside, but it's small and doesn't bother me. They work great, which is all that matters to me. I purchased this product at a discount in exchange for my honest review.
