These are a great size and they stay cold longer than most, it is sectioned in to three so it folds nicely.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:These ice packs are used daily at my house. Great size for back pain, hip pain and my recent shoulder replacement. Still flexible when frozen.

I bought the two pack of large size ones.I have sciatica and an upper back spine injury so I use ice a lot. The fillable ice bags are great but I can’t sit on them to help my tailbone area pain cause I’m scared they’ll pop. So I searched for these.Ice pads of this size are usually 25 bucks a piece at a drug store or even Walm*rt. I’m very happy I found these although they don’t stay cold as long as name brands.Not a *huge* problem cause you’re only supposed to use it 20mins at a time….. But I have multiple pain areas so I’d like to alternate areas. Having two of them does help this, but I have pain from head to toe basically so I’d like to have one ice pad last for at least 2 areas. They say you can wet them and put them in a bag to make them colder right before applying, but they already get pretty cold so idk if this will make them last longer.They would get a 5 star review if they were a bit more dense. Maybe I just need bigger ones.Overall: You should definitely buy these instead of the expensive ones. They are definitely worth it although I think they could be a bit cheaper.I haven’t tried to heat these, which is an option, but I’ll update if it goes bad or particularly great. Manufacturer says you can boil them. I alternate heat and cold a lot so I’m scared that doing that will make them deteriorate quickly.Oh and they don’t take long to re-freeze when you’re doing sessions back to back which is great because I’m tired of wasting ice!One issue I have: They say they include a cover so you can use the ice pack wet, but it’s literally a plastic zip-loc bag you would get a new shirt or pants in. What a joke.It also didn’t come with the Velcro straps to secure it to your hip or limbs but idk if it was supposed to come with it cause Amazon doesn’t clarify anything in multi-option listings.

Purchased these after a Knee replacement a couple of weeks ago. Hold the cold temp well. I purchased two so I could put one under the knee and one on top. Nice size for that purpose. Occasionally using one on my upper quad and one on the knee incision. Pretty moldable which helps as well. Not too much else to say. They do seem pretty well constructed and hopefully will last long past the time I need them for my recovery.
