I do not usually write reviews… but when I tell You this silly $10 pillow is literally magic…. I started this year not being able to fall asleep. I remembered A massage therapist putting something like this on my eyes once and it was so relaxing. So I ordered This in hopes it would help relax me. This literally puts me to sleep within minutes every single night. And I cannot sleep without it. I even Adjust the beads in it when I lay on my side when it stays in my eyes. If I wake Up in the middle of the night I unconsciously find it in the bed and put it right back on. I literally Cannot go to sleep without this anymore. I brought This on vacation even. I am never consistent with anything and this is just something I used Once and never stopped. Highly recommend

I purchased 3 different eye masks for my husband for an eye condition and this is his favorite! It's not big or bulky and not heavy... just the right amount of weight against your eyes. We've not used it warm yet... only cold. I would definitely recommend this and will be buying another one as a spare!Update: January 2017I lost this pillow and the spare one I purchased later on vacation recently. As soon as I realized it I immediately reordered our THIRD Lavender Eye Pillow. I use these now more than my husband for migraines or nights when I'm having trouble sleeping. They work like magic! I always make sure to buy the ones that have Lavender in them to help calm and soothe. I keep them in the original bag they come in with the little card inside the bag so nobody gets confused at my house about what this is and tosses it out. I keep mine in the freezer side of my refrigerator at all times until we need them. I will be purchasing ANOTHER eye pillow soon as a spare. It's super helpful to have another one ready during a bad migraine when the other feels like it's warmed up to body temperature. These are so great I've recommended these to friends with migraine and sleep problems. I highly recommend these to anyone. They are so handy for a multitude of reasons and uses.

Possibly the best eye pillow I have ever found. It is very therapeutic and has helped my sinusitis better than any other I have used and I have used many in my life for this same problem. This pillow is so well balanced I don't have to worry about it slipping off my face every five minutes once I am asleep. I sleep with my head raised or in a recliner when I am nursing my sinuses so this balance and conformance to the face is important to me. It soothes the eyes and relieves the pain using a heavenly level of lavender oils that ease the mind and senses while not being overwhelming. The ability to use heat and cold with this little pillow is a great addition. I tend to heat it in the microwave more than I put it in the freezer (in a Ziploc freezer bag). I know it is an eye pillow but I have used it heated in the microwave on my back as well and it is great for lower back pain. I highly recommend this to anyone who has chronic headaches, sinusitis or lower back pain.

I had my first yoga eye pillow experience at a studio and decided that I really needed one of these for home. For me, the fragrance is a ting but strong but please know that I am hyper sensitive to smells, way more than the average person, and I am still able to use it just fine since it’s a natural smell. I love that they included a heavy duty bag for freezing so you don’t trap that freezer burn smell in the pillow, and sticking this on a paper plate before microwaving keeps it from picking up smells or unseen residue as well. The only thing I’d love to see is an option with an elastic strap on one side - sometimes if I have a headache or if I want to go to sleep after my nightly meditation, I’d like to wear it as an eye mask when I roll to my side or position it in a weird spot on my head if I’m getting a migraine. It’s frustrating when it won’t stay in those situations, but that’s not what it’s designed for anyway! Just a request for the future.

Very soothing and relaxing and helps with headaches when cooled or chilled in the freezer.

I bought this pillow in an attempt to help me relax to help me fall asleep. It smells great and I like how soft the pillow encasing is. It's not to heavy on my eyes and is a nice weight. I have quit using it to help me fall alseep but will start using it for my yoga class. The instructions I got with the pillow say to keep it in the plastic bag it came in when not in use to help keep it smelling good. I have done that and the pillow smells the same as when I first opened it and it's been a few months.

I bought this pillow to replace a small one that I had for about 10 years. However, this new pillow, lost its scent much to quickly (after only a month or so). The small one was bought from a catalog at a third of the price but after 10 years and accidentally throwing it in the wash it lost its scent. I was thrilled after this arrived; because I could finally smell lavender again. But, it did not last; even though I would put it back in the plastic sleeve in came in, every morning after using it. I do like that it is much larger than my previous pillow; because this helps it to stay on my eyes even when I sleep sideways. I still use it for room darkening. I just wish it still had the scent.

This is a great item I bought for my wife to use when we go to bed. She wears it most nights (as I watch TV in bed) and it works just great for her to keep the light out of her eyes from the TV. She also enjoys the wonderful Lavender smell and the silky smoothness of the material. This is actually her second one, as I washed the first one in the washer by mistake. We will buy another if we need a replacement. Very good item for sleeping or headaches. Strongly recommend this product.
