This seller delivered very promptly. The bag is as pretty as the online pics and seems to be good quality. It fits a large 6x9 inch freez pac easily laying flat on the bottom of the bag with plenty of space left over for my bento boxes and 2 12 ounce cans. Insulated very well. I do not have a refrigerated space to keep my lunch at work and everything stays ice cold. I have not cleaned so far but seems to be easy enough to wipe out thoroughly. If you needed to actually place water inside for a serious spill you might have a bit of difficulty dumping it without getting the handles or outside fabric wet. The only con that I have observed so far is that the top opening does not offer a completely open access due to the need to gather fabric for a zippered opening. Pull tabs on zippers are very soft leather and nice to use. I wonder about their durability though. Overall very nice product and I would order this product again. 5 stars.

I don’t know about y’all, but I work some very long days (and occasionally long nights) and I’m on a diet which means I cannot get hungry at work. This bag holds a soda, a premier protein shake, fruit, a salad, a main dish and snacks to power me through long shifts keeping folks alive. I wish it were more insulated, but I put in two of those freezer cold packs and I’m good to go. If it’s gonna be a really long shift, it’s best to put the bag in the fridge.

I bought this in the summer for the new school year. So far, it seems very roomy and comfortable, for my needs. I especially wanted one with a shoulder strap. Also, my daughter has had the same one in a different design fir over a year and was the one who recommended I purchase this. She’s very happy with hers!👍

I am a small woman and use a small wheelchair (14"). It's hard to find backpack-type bags for a small chair. This one fits perfectly on my chair using the shoulder strap to attach it across the push handles. The main compartment is large enough for the things I carry. The zippers work well and I can reach them without taking the bag off the chair. I also like the outside pockets, especially the one with the zipper for wallet and phone. One complaint is that the strap is a rather flimsy fabric. But, I have other straps for when it breaks which I am sure it will.

this bag is very easy to clean and seems durable so far. i have received lots of compliments and it is exactly what i wanted and expected. it held firm the few times i stuffed it.

Satisfied! I like the pattern and color, which is perfect for the summer. Also the quality is really good, material is very thick which kept my food cold even after one hour commute on a hot day. There are one pocket in the front and another two side pockets, and the main pocket is big enough for a lunch box plus yogurt, several fruits, and some beverages. I actually used this one to replace the backpack that I usually carried for commuting, because this lunch bag looks like a purse and it has enough space for my personal stuff.
