Ancai IRF520 MOS FET MOSFET Driver Module for Arduino Pack of 3

Edit: they atleast all work, stay away unless on sell.I ordered these only because they were on sale and wanted to play with them. The mosfet is maybe 0.90 at digikey.The reason for the low stars:The item was well package, but the mosfet in one module is bent. The mosfet in another module is bent and has a leg broken.The mosfet heatsink mount is highly oxidized.I will post photos and update after testing.If I can fix this up I will up the stars, but for the price and work I will need to do not worth it.
