Years ago, CoQ10 stopped me from having chest pains. I've taken it ever since. In my experience, NOW products are good.

HUGE capsules! Compared to straight Coq10, which I could swallow 5 of to equal the size of 1 of these, they’re gigantic. I’m glad they’re not tablets because I’d have to split to swallow. Having said that, the additional Hawthorn helps with my cardiovascular health issues, and is therefore worth choking them down.

I think my heart murmur has improved since taking this product. I used to feel it when I lay down at night; don't feel it anymore. Awesome!! I read that it is good to take it with GLA, like evening primrose oil, which is what I do, perhaps that's why its effective (?)
