The best easy to connet

People say they can hear, and sometimes they say they can't
I have had too many people tell me they have a hard time hearing me so I've slowed down using these. When people do hear me it's great, but when they don't and I have to use speaker or the actual phone it is frustrating.

Not noise canceling
This is not a noise canceling product. All my customers can hear my background.

Great headset
I had to replace my current headset I was causing irritationto my ears through out my work day. This headset is comfortable, light weight and a perfect fit if your on the phone all day. Great buy

Did not work with my system
I have an Avaya J179. Worked fine except microphone. I am not a loud talker and even though someone could hear me, it did not make a comfortable conversation, asking to be repeated, or talk louder.

Very comfortable and clear sound
My job requires me to wear a headset all day. The ear pads on this headset do not cause me any soreness or discomfort like the previous headset I had been using. Also the sound is so much better. Very pleased!!!

Great quality
Not much to say about this other than it is exactly what I was looking for. Transitioned into an online position with work, and this gives excellent call quality with both receiving and transmitting.
