Decent product, given that it’s not fresh. Slightly rubbery in texture, but that I think is due to it being not fresh. Good flavour.

One of best Shiitake product available in Indian market.It has authentic Shiitake mushroom flavor. As it is "Shiitake mushroom", flavour is completely different from usual mushroom, and this is usually used in Chinese and Japanese traditional cuisine. It becomes available to use after soaking in rukewarm warter for about one hour. Then it becomes soft and bigger, you can use the soaked water too to add flavour in your cuisine.

Love this! Have been making Taiwanese congee as an easy staple dish and this has been the perfect addition. Looking forward to using them in steamed buns. The shiitake is full of flavor, and once soaked so soft. This is the second time I have bought this product. I also bought the oyster mushrooms. Am officially hooked. Only draw back is it's a bit pricey

The product is well packed but the mashrooms seems not freshly dried. I used it without difficulty. Price wise good

Great packaging and strong flavour! Arrived exactly the same as shown in the picture. Perfect for storing even after opening the pack. Being dehydrated, the mushrooms offer a long shelf life. Made some very authentic tasting ramen with these!

Mushroom is very hard. It is not fresh. We need black soy sauce or Red chilli sauce otherwise, the mushroom taste spoils the food.
