Versatile, High-Quality, and the Best Hardware I've Ever Received for a Product!
What a fun and unique way to display records. I love the non-bulky or heavy look that frames tend to give. The floating wall display looks effortless but intriguing. But having the option to use it as a table display gives it an even better edge to it. Something else that makes this amazing is that this really is a quality product and isnt cheaply made and comes with actually good hardware. I had originally placed it too high and decided to lower it. I was able to retrieve and reuse the supplied plastic anchor with no issue at all. I've used plenty of product-supplied hardware and plastic anchors and so many bend with hardly any force at all. I was so astounded when I was able to reuse it all again. That people, is not typical. I ended up purchasing another one for a decorative record my son has that honestly was hanging just fine with a nail, but I liked the security of this so much, it was worth it to me. One suggestion I do have though is that the boxes come with a QR code instead of the web address for the install instructions. Again, just a suggestion to make it even more awesome.

Perfect Design
Overall I think this is worth the $20 you pay for it. It feels like way more solid quality than you would get from a typical Etsy 3d print seller. The pieces are solid, it’s easy enough to use. Basically there is a base that screws into the wall. Then the outer “X” slots in place and is secured with a plastic middle piece. This middle piece twists once in to “lock” it all in place. Then you just place your record over the middle ball that has a little rubber type gasket to help keep the record from slipping off. The outer “X” is what creates the gap that would allow you to place the album cover behind the record if you choose. It’s super functional for its purpose and if you care enough about your records or art to display them then you’ll be happy with this purchase. I’ve included some pictures of the parts involved so hopefully that helps.

Good Option with a Few Problems
These are a great alternative to framing albums if you are looking to save a bit of money or prefer the look of the way the vinyls are displayed. These mounts get the job done and are well made/packaged and I'm happy with these now that I have them on the wall, but there are few problems: - Depending on the album sleeve, it may not sit flush or fit well between the mount and the wall. Double LPs won't fit without removing the second LP and if the sleeve is too heavy or light, it might lean forward or to a specific side. I resolved this by adding a sleeve protector to each sleeve and then putting a command strip on the protector to properly align the sleeve to the wall within the mount. - They are hard to align level on the wall due to the shape (it's an X). It's not impossible but you'll need to be precise when mounting to the wall. This can be artificially exacerbated by any sleeve lean mentioned above. - There are 3d printed versions of these elsewhere for a much lower price, easier alignment, and a better "pocket" for the sleeve. The upside to this particular mount is that it is available via Prime for a much quicker fulfillment time and are probably better made in most cases than the 3d printed counterparts. As a note for mounting: The mounts come with screws to mount, but I can confirm these also hold up nice with command strips. I recommend normal strips over the velcro ones. The velcro ones create a larger gap between the mount and the wall that can present issues with the album sleeve staying flush to the wall. Just be sure to remove anything in the sleeve that would add significant weight, these have trouble staying up if they bear weight (like any booklet, 2nd LP, etc).

Cool Little Piece of Equipment
I'm just now getting my vinyl collection together, and have been looking for a quick, easy way to display it. Love this! It's pretty minimalist so it doesn't distract from the album artwork. It was surprisingly easy to install, though the package didn't come with instructions. But I checked out the website where they have a "how to hang guide" which answered any installment questions I had. Once I figured it out, it was pretty intuitive and clever. I need to get another now to use on my record player table, or even a whole wall of them for a rotating "gallery"! Oh, and major bonus points for a solution which doesn't break the bank!

These things are proppin up my feelings right now!
I bought record props when they first came out. seemed like an interesting way to show off some of my nicer looking vinyl records. i liked em so much i ended up buying a bunch to display. just picked up this new version of them. better packaging, better quality, better design. the lock screw through the middle of the display is very intuitive and easy to work. great weight too. i can hold up a double jacket cover with no issues when displaying. props to the designer - i have been recommending these since i first got them and will continue to nag my audiophile friends about them!!!!

This is a poor quality product for the price. I bought two of these to put up some records for my wife, and the quality is not as expected. When installed correctly, the record is intended to sit against the wall, but wind or movement will get behind the record pulling it out from the wall, because it's just sitting loosely on the cheap plastic frame. When trying to install the second one, it broke in my hands while trying to unscrew the locking mechanism (photo attached). This is poorly over-designed. I'm returning both the one I installed correctly and the one that broke in my hands as this is not worth the ~$30CAD I spent per hanger. I would not recommend this product to anyone (read the other 1-star reviews to see that this is a common problem).
