Great bands, very strong and resistant....exact lenght...very happy...highly recommended...!!!

The resistance bands arrived on time and in great shape! I was able to use them last night, and found that each one provided adequate resistance for very specific exercises. As someone with nearly head to toe arthritis, I found it very helpful to have three different strengths. I am able to switch between the three as needed for my hands and feet when exercises prove to be too painful at a higher resistance. The material is much thicker than other bands I have purchased in the past. I was able to really stretch them without any signs of cracking or ripping like I had with past brands. I highly, highly recommend the TNT Pro Series to anyone.I also loved how the founder of the business, Tim, also contacted me to see if there was any way he could assist me. His email was very courteous, and he made sure to let me know if there was any reason I would not give a 5 star review so they would address my concerns. I had some old stretch bands that were great, but the thinnest one was getting a bit too easy and the next one was way too heavy for me. I read reviews of various bangs on Amazon and chose these. They've been perfect for me. The lightest one is heavier than my old lightest band, so that's the one I use most. Using it was like starting all over in difficulty level and how it felt, so it seemed like just the right challenge for me. The next band, the medium one, is perfect for other exercises that I do.A cool thing about these bangs is that they have some exercises printed right on the bands with illustrations included. I haven't really done these exercises much, but it's useful if you don't have a video or other exercises in mind.I've been using these for several months now and they've held up well although the ink is coming off the one I use the most. It also sticks together where I'm grabbing it and scrunching it up a bit, but it's not permanent. I have to pull it apart, but it comes apart easily.I loved these so much I purchased another set for my daughter who also likes them.

I got these bands when my previous snapped in two, ouch! These are super wide and thick and I think the better quality will last longer. They are long enough that if needed, they can be doubled over to add even more resistance. I love the over the door hook. I didn't have one before and found myself finding alternate methods for my bands which just didn't give the same results. Each strength is labeled making it easy to grab the band I need for my exercise and with the 3 different strengths, they are great for high/low resistance training. They did stink a little at first and made my hands stink a little when I first used them but nothing that didn't just wash off and I can't smell them anymore. I have been very happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend them!

I joined a gym in February for strength/resistance training to try to build bone mass and muscle strength with a view to faster recovery from eventual knee and/or hip replacement surgery (I'm 62). Since I faithfully work out three times a week, I was hesitating to take a week-long trip where my budget accommodations did not include a work-out room, but a trainer at the gym recommended these bands and I hired her for an hour of ideas for using them to work out in a hotel room. She and I are both impressed by the quality and price of these bands and although my trip isn't for another three months, I am using the bands at home on the days I am not at the gym. Five stars!

My New Years resolution was to become more active, and the band set is helping me to achieve that goal! When I first tried these out, I reached for the red one and tried stretching my arms. I was discouraged by the fact that I could not stretch very far until I realized I had grabbed the heaviest one. So, the instruction sheet they give you is very helpful, and I recommend you guys to read it to know how to use your resistance bands. I love using this to stretch at home when I'm doing some of my school assignments or just reading a book, and finding ways to incorporate it at the gym and in my daily lifestyle. It's a great product that hold up well to my stretching, and it's durable to give you the resistance you need to become fit and healthy.

I am using these bands and will continue until they break or I see a dramatic difference in my physical health. However, there is a very annoying property. They are extremely tacky and will krinkle with each use. It has become extremely difficult to flatten and keep flat for use on leg exercises requiring loop under feet. I have never had any band ever do this. It is annoying and upsetting enough, that when these bands run their course and they will sooner or later, I WILL NOT order bands from TNT again. The more I try to flatten band the angrier I get.

My new tnt stretch bands are wonderful!! I can work out any time I want without all those crazy machines, a gym membership, and in my home!! I recieved three bands, all with diffrent levels of stretch and a door hanger. This set is perfect for me!! Im trying to get back into shape, with no extra time for scheduled workouts. With these I can literally work out any time, anywhere!! So far I have used them in my home, and outside my car on lunch at work(yes they attached to my car). These are extremely sturdy and very strong!! Love that they are so compact, fit right in my bag (never know when I may have a chance to get a few leg stretches and arm strengthening exercises in). Perfect for anyone with a busy life like mine!! My PT told me to get some of these as I need to build up my shoulder strength. These bands arrived quickly and in time for my next workout. All three are a great size and, unlike the ones my PT has, these don't have that nasty rubber smell to them. I use the blue one for now as I am just starting out and it is great. Just the right amount of tension to get my shoulder muscles flexed and I can really feel the burn when I use these in my workouts. A highly recommended product. If I need anything else for my workouts I shall certainly check this store out first.

I am very very happy with these bands. They feel like they will last a long time, they are very stretchy, I like that fact that there are different resistances in the set. I like the colours ;) I like the company I bought these from; emails seemed very professional. I was happy enough with the price when I bought them. Delivery time was excellent. I love the fact that the bands come in three different strengths and you certainly feel the difference when using them. I have weak shoulders after suffering frozen shoulders and found that the strongest band is too much for me to use at the moment. (I'm using the middle strength one at the moment but have something to work towards as my shoulders get stronger. The bands arrived very quickly and i look forward to putting them to good use to develop core strength.

Great product, exactly what I needed, especially for my shoulder issues (RC). Word of warning don't attempt to wash them, I washed one of the bands by submerging it in a little warm soapy water and it must have taken the coating off, which made the band stick together, it still works fine but it's a pain to keep pulling the band apart. So I just bought a new set as I needed to replace that band. My fault completely, which is why I still give it 5 stars. Maybe the company should put a little warning on the packet, as others may try to wash them at some point. If there already is a warning, sorry but I didn't notice it.

Update: Been using these for several day snow. Excellent bands - giving a good workout!Started on blue, the weakest, they are perfect for beginner. Hope to move on to the other bands as we progress.So far everything is fine. Started on low strength (blue) and hope to work my way up over time.
