Solid, Balanced, Good for Physical Therapy.
I am rehabbing my first knee replacement. I bought this specifically for my post op therapy. This board is good for the money. It balances itself on the floor. This makes balancing yourself a little easier. The two edges that will tap the ground have a protective strip so it won’t ding up your floor. It’s not as challenging as the “professional” one at therapy due to the wider arc fulcrums instead of a smaller half sphere style. It provides the rocking motion I need to strengthen my legs. I already have a circular balance board with a single ball-like fulcrum. I will work my way back to that one. I think this is a decent home supplement to physical therapy.

Great Workout for Core and Legs!
I purchased a standing desk because I'm working from home. I've always sat at a desk, as far back as I remember and when coworkers had them, I thought it was a bad idea. Even though I knew we should be standing more often than we sit. Well I weighed the pros and cons of the standing desk and decided, if I was going to do it, I probably needed to be moving around as well - standing still all day can be a pain too. The wobble platform is wide enough and sturdy enough to hold my weight and the constant balancing and movement seems to really work my core and legs...I'm sure it's doing wonders for my back as well. Well worth the investment.

Nice product
I got this to improve my balance after a total knee replacement. I got on it right away and remained balanced which is not normal for me at this point. I continue to use it and change up my routine to make it a bit harder so that I can improve my stability, strengthen my leg and work on balance. It doesn't slip which is great and it's portable so I move it around if I want.

good for easing into balance therapy
it is simple, assembled, and sturdy with non slip textured surfaces, and was inexpensive. Very good for beginning balance recovery therapy, where a wobble board would be difficult at this stage of recovery. can be used side to side or turned for front to back operation.

Need a Balance Board? This Is the One!!!
I had a hip replacement in March. It took me too long at physical therapy to do all my exercises, so I began purchasing the items I used at physical therapy to exercise at home. I looked at several balance boards before deciding on this one. It is well rounded on the bottom for the perfect rock that truly requires balance. The nonslip top and nonslip running boards on the bottom are excellent! It is a well made board. You won’t be disappointed one bit!

Would be perfect...if it could be used as intended.
The item arrived quickly, looks good, is well sized, and the quality is good. The only thing keeping this from being 5 stars is the fact that it SELF BALANCES! The whole point of the balance board is making me use my muscles to balance. This thing balanced on it's own as soon as I put it on the floor. It looks like the bottom of the board, which is supposed to be rounded, is actually pretty darned flat. I'm standing on it now with zero effort/no muscle strengthening/no balance practice happening. What's the point of that??? I might as well be standing on the floor.

Exactly what I was looking for
This board is exactly what I needed. Due to some health issues and a broken ankle, I have a lot of balance issues. This board is like the board I used at PT after the ankle surgery. It's exactly what I was looking for. It's very sturdy, well made, and it looks nice. I'm very happy with it and would recommend it to anyone.

Love the Board and the Workout Guide that came with it.
I have had back issues and was going to the Chiropractor 2 times a week after using this for a Month my core became stronger and my back issues lessened to the point that I realized I did not go to the chiropractor for 2 weeks.
