I am writing this review after finishing up a bottle and ordering for the second one. Overall good product, my hairfall has reduced a lot. Please be pragmatic and do not expect total hairfall reduction. This is how I used the product along with the techniques that has amplified it’s efficacy- Drink luke warm water followed by the instructed amount of this suppliment dose in warm water empty stomach in the morning. Follow it up with yoga, most importantly ‘Seershasan’ or headstand, as it helps circulate blood flow in ur brain. Use a home made coconut oil with the following ingredients- Cold pressed virgin coconut oil(available on amazon) bring it to boil Add freshly chopped aelo vera, raw onion, methi or fenugreek seeds, curry leaves, heena leaves and bring it to boil till the oil changes color and your house smells of the ingredients. Cool it down, strain the oil. Add castor oil in it. Close and store in a container. Use this oil for your hair. For shampoo I started using the Bringraj shampoo with less chemicals. There has been significant reduction in hair loss and growth of new hair. This one is doing wonders to my skin and hair. It's been quite a while now of having this daily. The flavor is so good, thick and tastes amazing. The Plant based Biotin works really well if you have any damage in your hair , nails and skin. It makes your skin glow just after having it for a week. Improves your hair texture and makes it strong and shiny. Overall its a great great product as it worked for me beautifully. Would love to recommend it to everyone who have the same concern as me. Well it does helps in hair and nails growth, it does what it claims but at a very slow rate, don't buy it if you will stop after buying one, you need 4/5 box of this to actually get visible results. I personally brought 3 and results were nice, not bad, have no side effects, tastes decent like hajmola

I am using this supplement and it is very effective for hair growth and promotes healthy skin , amazing results I will definitely suggest to try this supplement for better hair growth and skin. The flavour of the product is also good the best thing about this supplement is that it is plant based supplement. Rich in silica promotes shiny hair it is also filled with vitamin c supports hair growth and contains antioxidants which keeps skin youthful. Best thing about this supplement is vegan, soy free, no preservatives, No GMO I can see that my hair quality is increased and flavour is also good in taste. Worth product

Okay so I bought this product and then did my research on it. Which was a stupid mistake. If you do some googling you could see the Biotin or VITAMIN B7 is easily available in nuts, whole eggs, milk etc. We need 30 to 60 MCG per day which is very less so definitely we do not need this amount of Biotin. Also, biotin is not the main reason for your hair, nails, skin to grow or glow for that matter. It's an associative additional. So you don't need that much and definitely not an supplementation, unless you're clinically needed. Coming to the product it's pinkish red, nice packaging, excessively overpriced. Tasteless, kinda bitter when I mix it with my whey protein. My advice would be not to go for this or any Biotin product for that matter, before that just do a quick check on YouTube and Google.

I started today, can’t say much but just watching how it would help me soon. The product top was broken in consignment, as in the picture. Oziva have lot of faith. I will give more after 8 weeks of consumption.
