Good Quality
I gave this company a try. It is working very well. I have printed about 100 papers in the last couple weeks and the ink is perfect!

Need to work on the compatibilty
I'm using HP Envy 5660, I still have the black ink, so only change the color inks, and met problems to , it can not detect the Retech ink, I tried several times and frustrated. At last, I tried to use the rubber to clean the connect point, thank God, it works. Not try the Retech black one yet.

Printer Ink
The print quality is really good. Needed some things in color. Works really well in my older printer. Don’t know yet how long they will last, but I’m happy with them and I will buy again. Thank you!!

Garbage. Would not buy again
I bought these cartridges a while back and installed them and initially, they worked perfectly. I don't really print too much but for the odd shipping label, etc. here and there. I've maybe printed a total of ten b&w pages and three 4x6 photos and suddenly the color cartridge is reading as empty. The black cartridge is still completely full.I'm sorry, but there it NO WAY I've used up an entire cartridge.I feel completely ripped off. These aren't cheap and to have one go off so quickly is just lame.

Quality
I am very happy with the cartridges that I received. To be honest I was not sure if the qualify of the ink would be as good as if I bought brand new. The price was cheaper and I got XL for a cheaper price than I would of in the store. I am very pleased with the qualify of the product and the price. I will definitely purchase again

Cartridge stops working after one week
The printing was fine for one week, then the printer wouldn't recognize the cartridge.

Works until it doesn't
I think I've used this brand before and it was fine, but this time around, our HP Envy 5540 refuses to print about half the time, saying that the cartridge needs to be "removed and reinstalled". When we do this, it sometimes helps, and sometimes just repeats over and over. It's a frustrating dance, and though I kind of blame HP more than Retch for being so proprietary, I'm probably going to cough up for the brand name cartridge and hope that solves the problem.
