I've been using Designs for Health for quite a while now. Their products are high quality and consistent.

P5p is to help control prolactin issues and if you know what that is you know when and why to take it

Love this product. I can definitely tell a difference when I take it and when I don’t.

The ingredients are some of the best I researched if you’re deficient in this vitamin. So far I’ve used this supplement for a month to treat trigger finger. It hasn’t done anything to help yet, but I read it takes at least three months to see results, so I’ll press on. Not really sure it’ll help because I had my Vitamin B6 levels checked and they were fine, so I’ll see. Also If I don’t take this with food, I get very nauseous, so keep that in mind if purchasing. I’ll update my review in two more months to see if it does help my trigger finger. So far not a glimmer of hope.

My wife was diagnosed with gestational diabetes. Adding 100mg (2 of these pills a day) along with 2000IUs of D3 daily has lowered her blood sugar back to pre- pregnancy levels and we have avoided needing insulin.

Im using it in hopes it heals the nerves in my hand.

Realizing I was borderline low in B6, I decided to add this supplement to my daily supplement routine. I started taking it with the intention of improving my energy level, depression, and seborrheic dermatitis skin symptoms. These are extremely easy to swallow capsules with no taste. I realized very quickly if I took them on an empty stomach I was going to experience nausea. So now I take them with a meal or small snack every day and feel fine. My list of symptoms have all improved and I will definitely continue to take these!
