The packaging for this product is so unique, it makes for easy dispensing and saves wasting the product- I have had this for 2 weeks but imagine that it will last for ages! It’s really easy to dispense into palm of your hand to put on under eyes.The bottle says it can cause tingling as the product works, I haven’t experienced this yet.I apply the product before bed and after a shower in the morning, it leave my skin really soft and makeup looks so smooth over it. I didn’t notice a reduction in dark circles until around 1 1/2 weeks but it definitely works. The product is unscented and a liquid consistency, it drys quick and doesn’t leave the skin feeling sticky. Would defo recommend to anyone wanting to look after their skin.

So Im on my 2nd or 3rd purchase of this now and whilst its ok, Ive noticed something hads changed with the fomula and the amount you get. It felt half empty and last only a couple of weeks, not using everyday as I noticed this batch made my ears really itchy. Ive now had to stop using it as my eyes cant take it. Since I stopped, no more itchy eyes. The package whilst cute isn't great but that doesnt put me off.

I have tried my eye creams and gels, and whilst I am still yet to find one I truly love and find effective in reducing dark circles, this serum has some benefits. The skin around your eyes is left feeling tighter as soon as the serum dries. On a morning I find the skin remains firmer but there is little change to the dark/tired circles. Maybe this will improve with time.One frustrating factor with this product of the packaging. The syringe type tube is pointless and makes dispensing the serum awkward. The manufacturer needs to rethink this.... a small bottle and pipette would be far better.

Slow response on social media when you report a concern, non resolved answers to questions, a nice product ruined by a poorly designed applicator, promised of a refund don't happen or a replacement, very cross, be careful if you buy this.

This product is very runny and the ‘syringe’ dispenser is really awkward to use. Because of this I stopped using it for a couple of months and when I went back to it, it had turned an unpleasant dark brown. I emailed customer support and I was told they would replace it, but even after sending a further 5 or 6 emails I’ve received nothing. The packaging is a massive waste of plastic, customer service is worse than useless.

I was a little apprehensive about trying this product with some of the reviews regarding the design of the product applicator, but after seeing equally as many positive reviews, I thought I'd give it a try as you're always going to see negative things about products. However, the negative comments about the design of this applicator are 100% justified. It is an absolute nightmare to get this product out. A syringe style seems like a great idea in theory; problem is that it doesn't work! It is incredibly fiddly to get the plunger in place to push it as it just moves back into the lock device as soon as you go to push it. If you are lucky enough to get it in place so you can push it, it gets stuck and you need a lot of force to push it down. Once you have managed to achieve this major feat, the product squirts out like a water pistol everywhere! So you end up wasting a lot of the product on your surrounding areas and making more cleaning for yourself.The product does come nicely packaged and looks on first inspection like you might have grabbed yourself a good quality product. The serum itself is nice and light and maybe makes the skin around my eyes feel a little firmer. No visible difference though, and if anything my dark circles appear darker and less luminous that before. I have definitely used more effective and a lot better value products. Also didn't last very long due to the huge waste you get with the product design.

I bought this serum for my mum, so will leave a review from her words. She has always been very skeptical and reluctant to try new cosmetic products, but this time agreed to try and since started applying every day she has already obviously good results. First of all, she loves how easy absorbing this is and the light refreshing feeling afterwards which is important as previously she avoided some serums because of the feeling she disliked. After a week and a few days her eyes look much younger as I can notice myself and she said especially in the morning when she gets ready to work now she is happy to wear some light eye makeup as she wishes to make accent on eyes - definitely the product is worth to give a try!

I like this product and I feel that it has made a difference to the area under my eyes. The puffiness and dark areas have reduced. However, the dispenser lets it down tremendously. The design looks great but the pump is difficult to use. It tends to spurt the product all over. I tried to press it gently but it gives way and most of the product goes everywhere. Press it with more confidence the same happens. So basically, half of the bottle has been distributed all over my bathroom. I have had 2 bottles of this and they both did the same thing! So won't be buying again.
