Giotto SUPERMINA – Metal Case with Colouring Pencils, with Extra Large Lead, 3.8 mm Diameter Metal Box, Pack of 50 Multicoloured

It’s always a gamble ordering pencils from another country especially if you’ve never tried them and are buying solely from a review. These pencils are AWESOME! Very sturdy pencil cores, minimal breakage, smooth and creamy lay down similar to Prisma Premiers. Definitely worth the price and the wait.

J'ai plusieurs gamme de crayons artistes (Polychromos, Prismacolors, Coloursoft), mais comme beaucoup de monde je cherchais une gamme moins onéreuse pour faire quelques coloriages sans prises de tête. Je suis vraiment satisfaite des Supermina, à la mine relativement bien pigmentée et onctueuse pour des crayons de cette gamme. Je les travaille en layering comme des polychromos. J'apprécie leur diamètre supérieur à celui de la plupart des crayons. Un bémol cependant : un seul vrai violet.

These pencils are INCREDIBLE for the price. They are definitely very high quality artist grade, the blend ability is so good, pigment is amazing. I jusr wish there was a larger range of colours as they would be my go to.

I adore the brightness of the colors and how they feel, especially the thickness. There is a lack of purple, but enough greens. The thing what I am sad about is all the breakage. Some pencils are gone of alle the sharpening. A shame!

Excellent product...I find that Giotto are my pencils of choice and can certainly hold up against the more expensive brands. Blending well.
