I bought these for my granddaughter. She was needing a good high potency vitamin.After taking just one capsule, her mood improved a lot. I am very impressed with this product!I'll be keeping her on this through her teen years!

most multi-vitamins I have come across for teens require two tablets per dose. I appreciate that this product is a single capsule dose. We have twins, which helps keep the number of bottles to store minimal. They seem to be an excellent product. The girl's immune system is great, neither has missed a day of school! Thank you!

We were recommended these vitamins by a friend whose daughter used them. They do have a bit of a smell to them and are a bit big to swallow, but nothing major.

I was hoping that this would help with my 15 year old’s mood swings because, you know, she’s 15. It did seem to help if taken everyday. However, she said that she felt kind of “numb” and didn’t like it. She has finished the bottle and decided she wanted to try something else.I’m not sure how it affected cramping and bloating but I feel like I heard less complaints about them.I would definitely try this if you are looking for this kind of thing. It might work for you!

I'm very disaponted. I ordered the TEEN vitamins and received Recovery Zymes. I"ve tried to contact the company and was told there can be no replacements. I used the PRETEEN vitamins and loved them. Won't be ordering again.
