EDIT:The ornaments turned out so cute!Perfect for woodburning crafts.___I bought these to woodburn designs to create custom ornaments for my siblings. (Will update with more pictures) Only one came with a small crack, three of the slices came with wood knots, one of the slices with knots was cut at the edge (see picture) out of the 12 bought, 9 are blemish-free and will make good ornaments.Some of the wood bark on the rims is rubbed off (some slices have more/thicker bark). The slices do not have a pleasant wood odor, right from the package they have a faint musky chemical smell. I am hoping this smell fades over time.Pros:- Good sized wood slices- Fair price, roughly $1.08 a sliceCons:- Not a lot of quality control (somewhat expected for something natural like wood)- Musky smell-Because 3 pieces were unusable for me I ended up paying something like $1.45 per pieceOverall I am happy with this product, I will be placing another order to replace the unusable peices.If this review helped you make an informed purchase please mark it as helpful!

Really disappointed that after I painted on some of these they cracked beyond repair. Only 4 cracked but in order to get replacements they wanted me to send them all back after I painted on them all. Not going to happen but won’t deal with this supplier again.

Perfect for crafts.

I bought these for art projects because I am a seller on etsy. I have sold several of these pieces after painting designs on them and covering them with a waterproof mod podge. I've sold them as costers/wall pieces. Good size and shape, and needed very minimal sanding.

I got this for my friend who is an artist and she loves it! The wood is smooth and perfect for paint, drawing, or for decoration!
