Ratatouille - Vegan, Keto, Vegetables & Meals

I liked being able to buy something reasonably healthy that can be stored at room temperature. Taste is okay, texture is a tiny bit heavy for my tastes. But ... although this three-pack (meaning three items held together with rubber bands) was packaged with two boxes that should have protected the ratatouille, and although the outer box and the two boxed items inside were in perfect shape, with no signs of damage from rough handling, one of the three ratatouille packages wasn't sealed and some of its contents had spilled. So was it unsealed when it was put in the box to be shipped? And does that mean I can't trust any of the three to be sealed and to be OK for storage at room temperature?The package arrived late, and I needed something to eat the following day, so there wasn't time to request a replacement. I tossed the leaking one and used one of the others. Having now realized that the remaining package might not be sealed, I guess I'll toss that one, too -- better safe than sorry. Money down the drain.Won't be ordering this again.

The first one I purchased arrived months before expiration - it's amazing how long it's good - three or four months. It got thrown out, long story. The second one arrives days before it expires, and it was not in stock for a long time, so I guess it sat on a shelf somewhere. Boo-his. Taste is flat, texture is mushy. I mixed it in with spaghetti sauce.

Not only did the top tray arrive opened and moldy, the 2 unopened trays couldn’t be salvaged either because they expired almost 4 months ago. Given it takes 10 days for packages to arrive overseas, I could overlook something being slightly out of date but not 4 months. Very disappointed as this was not a cheap meal. Will not purchase again. Buyer beware.

My French wife makes the best ratatouille on the face of the earth...this one is in a safe second place. It’s very good...taste is right, consistence is right, spice right on...very good!And it’s stable without refrigeration...very handy.Several friends have tried this...we all agree...great!

The two orders came in two separate packaging. The Mediterranean Ratatouille was packed in a envelope. It must of got sq-ached several times because when open up the package, the seals were all open and the food was all over in the bag. So I threw it out. The Broccoli package came in a box so it the seal was not open. The food looked brown and warm> I tasted it and it didn't taste right , so I also threw it away.. Not satisfied at all.

The meal was delicious and I've used it as a side dish with chicken, fish and steak. It tasted as good with all three! My only caveat is to be careful how it's packed because in my case one of the packages opened and there was rattatouile allover everything. What a waste!

I recently started eating healthy and struggle with vegetables as they usually die in my refrigerator before I eat them.I found this and decided to give it a try and just LOVE it! I am basically and grab and go eater and have a strong resistance to vegetables for various reasons. However, this is so yummie! I can have this as a meal for my lunch and feel satisfied for the afternoon. PLUS I got my veggies in. I have reordered a couple more packages and its now a standard item in my food plan.

Pro: tastes ok, easy to heat in microwaveCon: the veggies should be cut into larger chunks, and the cost is way too high.
