Shipment:On the positive side, product packaging came well. The contents of the bottle were in a glass. Bottle comes in a box which has a nice padded foam to protect the bottle. The packaging was strong and elegant.Product:Teetree oil comes in glass bottle with a filler. The filler is handy to control the volume. After opening the bottle, usually you have a strong fragrance of the oil. I was surprised that this did not have any. I have used essential oils before. This does not seem like the original. There is no Teetree oil smell and has no effects of Teetree. I'm guessing, this is not 100% pure essential oil.About Seller:Tried to bring it to the attention of seller. Seller seems to me be least motivated in correspondence. Despite several emails and waiting for over a month, there was no reply from the seller. Talk about customer service!Hope this review helps.

I bought this after falling in love with my diffuser. I had used the better homes and gardens peppermint and when that ran out, I looked for a more cost effective solution. Reviews lead me to the Onepure and with so many good reviews I took a chance. I waited eagerly for it to arrive and when it did, I was gleeful.The packaging was beautiful.. nicely wrapped and safely contained. I cracked open the bottle to take a little sniff and was greeted by.. skunkweed with a lacing of peppermint. It smells like you're walking through a damp wooded area while sucking on a peppermint candy. I thought perhaps it was because the bottle was cold or super concentrated that the smell was off; but alas once it warmed up.. it smelled just as bad.Using it as directed in my diffuser had mixed results.. mostly my room smelled like a closet that hadn't been opened in months and I quickly upended the mixture and replaced it with a different oil. I would steer clear if you are purchasing this for the scent alone.. better off sticking with a more known commercial brand :/Update - 6/3/2020The company reach out to me after my poor review and offered me a full refund. For that side of things, I was very impressed. The product is sub par, but the company is aces. I'll give them one more star, just for being very open with their customers on their failings.

There are so many fake reviews on Amazon and it's difficult to know what's true and what's not. They're usually written by the competition trying to sully the reputation of rivals.This review is not fake.I ordered yesterday and received my 4oz bottle of Tea Tree oil this morning (February 26, 2020). It arrived undamaged and very well packaged. See photos. When I opened the box, I immediately detected that old familiar smell. Yep, this is Tea Tree oil and it's powerful stuff.Like all good essential oils, the liquid is thin and watery; not viscous like motor oil. This particular oil is fresh and potent - a good value for sure. And, now I know why. There's something the seller isn't telling you - it's made in China (not Australia). However the species is correct. See photos. If that's important to you, try another oil. It's not that important to me but had I known, I might have tried another brand. China is known for taking shortcuts but it's reassuring to know it's bottled in the USA and what they print on a label here is required to be true and accurate.In my opinion, this particular oil is very good quality and I recommend it regardless of its origin.

This appears to be Synthetic and mixed with something else. I do not believe this is 100% Teatree oil it smells like Pine-Sol and is made in China bottled in the USA according to the label.“There is a lot of confusion about Chinese Tea Tree Oil in the market as it's a product most recognisable from Australia.Chinese have a 'tea oil' is derived from the seeds of Camellia oleifera or Camellia sinensis. It is used extensively in China as edible cooking oil and contains 80-90% oleic acid. This causes the confusion as to do the various reports in the market suggesting any Chinese Tea Tree Oil is in fact a synthetic compound.Both of the above could be true however the Chinese also have Melaleuca alternifolia which was planted using seeds from Australia. This yields SIMILAR results to that oil from Australia however in the global arena China only contributes to around 15% of global production.Typically their seed selection has been good yielding high terpinen-4-ol and low 1,8-cineole, which are two of the main criteria for selecting a good oil. The potential issue will be upcoming changes to the ISO specification which will test the Chinese quality on the perceived 'adulteration' issues. If they can overcome this it will ensure they have a strong future as a genuine producer, if they don't, then there will be two different tea tree qualities in the marketplace.”

The oil is great! We bought this because we had an ant problem at home. Ants hate peppermint FYI. A couple of drops in a spray bottle mixed with water and you can freshen up your house and kill/prevent ants from returning.

I am pleased with this concentration of tree oil. It works great for multiple uses and the scent is wonderful to me however some people may find it too strong chose to dilute. I love to use a tablespoon of this in my wash with regular detergent it disinfects the clothes and washing machine and the scent seems to freshen the air. I am happy with this product. It comes with eye dropper if you want to have precise control how much you want to use or you can use the screw on lid that also ships with it to store it. The oil is packed well and secured . It is also powerful cleaner used on bathroom fixtures. I put couple drops full strength on paper towel and rub it on chrome surface of sinks and instantly soap scum n grime was gone. Rinised well and buffed to shine that left nice fresh scent. If you ever feel like a cold coming on just put couple drops on tissue and hold it few inches to your nose and inhale the scent for 5 minutes and it really helps.
