I can see from other reviews that some people's experience has not been the same as mine. I bought a rose red backpack in March of 2020 due to the fact that I had been given a laptop to work from home - but I was only home 2 days a week. The other three I was in the office. I have carried my work laptop back and forth - along with my personal laptop, various folders or other work papers, my iPad mini, a calendar and a host of other items ever since. This thing gets plopped in the car, twice a day, 5 days a week.It has also been used multiple times for travel/vacations. I took it with me every weekend for MONTHS while I was moving my elderly mother in with me and was going back & forth from where I live to where she lived (7 hours away). So this has had some use - but no outdoor/camping usage.Except for getting dirty around the handle and on some of the back straps mine has maintained beautifully. Handle and zippers (so far) are going strong with no issues. Nothing is coming apart, nothing has broken, nothing torn. Zippers still move smoothly. I have never used the usb charging cable, so can't speak for that. The bag has lots of room, pockets, adjustable comfortable fit - absolutely no complaints from me. I've been surprised at it's durability.I know newer reviews have indicated quality issues with some only a few months old - but mine from 2020 has held up spectacularly - and I would not call my usage light at all. Easily the best backpack at this price point. I've had one of these for the last 5 years and have brought it everywhere. It's held up extremely well and has plenty of space for when I'm traveling. I prefer a bag that is a little more firm in its structure and this has exactly that. The ONLY downside is if you're buying this in 2025 the charging port is not USB C. Hopefully they will make a new version that is. I just ordered a new one due to one of my pets using the bathroom on it and was hoping they put an updated version. Other than that, this is a great backpack, with plenty of space and holds up really well.

This back pack is amazing for the price and style. It’s extremely durable and has tons of space. I use it for hiking but it could be used for travel as well. The look of the back pack is very pleasing.

This is a pretty solid laptop bag. If your needs are simple and you are looking for something sturdy, this will meet your needs. If you are the type of person that carries an office worth of stuff, has a lot of school books, or is looking for modern charging ports, you may want to look elsewhere.Pros:- The bag feels solid and the workmanship is good. It should last a long time.- Zippers are strong- Easily fits a 15.6" laptop with a thick case and looks as though it will easily protect it.- Lots of dividing pockets.- Comfortable to wear.Cons:- The charging port is so outdated it is basically a joke. If you are buying this for the charge port and you have a phone made in the last 5 years, get something else. On most modern phones this port and the cable supplied will not be able to keep up (no matter how awesome your battery pack is) and you will hate it.- Color match for the black bag is different than the picture. The picture makes it look as thought it is a two-tone, but it is just solid black. Not bad ... just doesn't match advertisement.- Pockets may seem super roomie in the pics, but remember that everything you put in any pocket takes away space from every pocket, so it is not as roomie as it may seem once you start filling it with stuff.

Great backpack! Tried a cheaper one that looked similar, but it was too flimsy & not comfortable. This, while more expensive was worth it! High quality & tons of space with extra pockets and pouches! Perfect for use as my work bag!

I used it on one trip and it was just what I needed - good size, several (but not too many) compartments, zippers function smoothly, seems sturdy. Elastic on the back allows it to slip over the handle of my carry-on suitcase. I don't use the built-in phone charging cable, and that doesn't tuck away easily - small inconvenience.

I ordered 3 black backpacks, all under $30 and this was superior to the other two. It has great padding padding and stand upright by itself. It has plenty of organizers and isn't too bulky.

Perfect for bike commuters, the inside back pocket holds my toolkit perfectly and the elastic side pockets sit just right for holding a water bottle. Internal charging cord feeds to a USB-A female port, allowing for a quick connection that can sit in the side pocket, or if using a small connector, feed through a grommet to an internal pocket. When not riding, the main opening is large enough to hold my helmet with room to spare. At this point, I don't have enough stuff to need all the pockets this pack has!
