Reduce Central Vacuum (Beam) Noise
I used this to help reduce the noise level of my Beam central vacuum. I lined the top of the canister (where the vacuum motor is installed), being careful to not cover any of the vents needed for motor cooling air to enter and exit the canister. I also wrapped the 3 stage fan portion of the vacuum motor, but not the motor (to avoid causing the motor to overheat). I had one sheet of the material left over, so I cut it into 4 equal size pieces, and applied them to the lower portion of the vacuum canister, just to reduce the possibility of that metal resonating. The noise of the vac system is noticeably reduced. This is my second experience with this material, I previously used it to quiet an AKDY wall mounted stainless steel range hood, and that material has stayed firmly attached for over 10 years now. This stuff works!

Great Price - Works Well
Packaged nicely and super easy to apply. The material is very heavy and seems quite durable. The adhesion works well and stays in place once pressed on. You can either use a roller or another firm object to smooth it on.Definitely will reorder for future installations.

Great product
Used to line the floor under my passenger seat on a Jeep JKU. I have a understand sub, worked great. I was getting some decent vibration off the floor. It cuts nice, adheres well. The price was right... No negatives.

Good sound dampening
Heavyweight product that installs pretty easily and definitely made the rattling better but did not take it all away. Might need to do something to door clips to get it all away

Novice enthusiast annoyed with new car bass rattles. Easy install and works.
After removing the inside shell of the doors, I rolled this on all open surfaces. No more bass rattle. Served its purpose.

Good quality
Used for noise dampening on my aluminum skid plate for my motorcycle. Ride on road and off so skid plate is needed. Putting this on inside helped with noise echoing when driving.

Great for more than vehicle noise deadening!
I have a cheap (thin) stainless steel sink installed in a kitchen island. I'm always annoyed how I can't hear guests or the TV when water is running. I noticed the sink noise was reduced significantly when I placed my hand on the underside of the sink when the water was running. When I saw this automotive sound deadener product, I said "Ah-ha!" Works GREAT. I also wrapped the Insinkerator. Overall, I'd say the noise level is cut by +50%. Very pleased with this off-standard use for this product. Would purchase again.

Not sure about improved sound quality but...
It does improve the sturdiness of the vehicle panels. Buy my vehicle does not sound any quieter so far but work is still in progress. I have done the roof, floor and 4 doors. I have a small panel section to do before completing the first stage. Then I will add the second stage foam and hope there's a difference.
