Love to use on my face in the AM and PM

So I bought this tool to use on my trigger finger to massage joint area...the gold one with spring appears to be if you were using on ear it would control amount of pressure you were applying but it weird because you can hear it....the metal one is exactly what I wanted and works great for what I wanted it for...the charts...not so good small one not even in english ..zoom in on picture of larger one...it does have some English but if your buying these for the charts I would look elsewhere...gave three stars for charts only...I actually like the silver tool
