I love being able to hear better, although I wish I could turn it up just a bit more, to better understand people with soft voice. I needed it for my hearing loss, and it has helped. Now if you would make one that slows some people's speech down.Overall, I am happy with it.

I contacted the support email address, that came on a card inside the box, about the failure & asking about any warranty.. Well, it turns out that they warranty the unit for 24 months! All I had to do was give them my amazon order ID, and then once verified, my name/address, and they are sending me a replacement free of charge :)Can't beat that!(I will update again, if this replacement unit dies quickly, but for now I"m assuming I just happened to get a dud).------ orig review ------What junk! I don't use the phone that much, but when I do, I like a headset. The headset stays plugged into the handset 24x7.My old one was starting to misbehave occasionally, so I bought this one. BIG mistake.It broke at 4.5 weeks! All I hear is a buzzing noise now, no matter what I do. Totally unusableUnplug/replug it in, tried 2 different phones, jiggle the cord in various places, nada.Plugged in my old headset (which I thankfully kept 'just in case') -- sound is perfect..sigh.. And, of course it broke right *after* the return window, Grr..Run away from this unit.

I am very happy with this purchase, the headset is comfortable, hearing is clear, (volume can be turned up quite a bit) and I am told my voice is very clear with callers.

EASY TO ANSWER CALLS. SAVES ON NECK PAIN. WORTH EVERY PENNY.

The sound on these is good & clear. the comfort is a bit tight & uncomfortable for my 21" round head. Though the headband is pretty flexible, the earpads are a stiffer foam so don't conform but press on your ear. Not sure if I will keep them as I would put up with poorer sound quality in order to have a more comfortable fit. The On/Off switch on the cord is kinda big & heavy. Also not a fan of the pleather either-was originally looking for plain unpleathered foam

Like everything, no dislikes.

After seeing my original review below, they commented (generically) and I directly contacted them. First of all, all their email responses were within 24 hours of mine. And despite my stating I wasn't looking to return my headset, they insisted and sent me another pair. To my surprise, the second pair had much better sound quality. While not truly "crystal clear", far better than my original pair and quite good for this price-point. And they seem more comfortable too. So I've updated my rating to 5 stars - really 4 for the device and another star added for superior customer service.Original review:I had high hopes for these headphones given the mostly stellar reviews, particularly ones citing “superb” clarity and comfort. While the ear pads are soft and the headset is adjustable, it felt very tight (and I have a small head) and mildly uncomfortable. I don’t know if the band can be bent but I didn’t want to risk breaking it trying. The discomfort was tolerable but I would not want to use the headset for more than an hour.More concerning was that the incoming voice quality was somewhat muffled, almost like being under water. I could hear the other parties clearly most of the time but I would never say “crystal clearly.” My old, cheap Uniden headset has far cleaner sound.On the plus side, while I didn’t ask other parties how I sounded, they didn’t seem to have any difficulty hearing me so I think the microphone works fine. Other pluses are the cord is a good length, the in-line volume control and mute work fine, and the company includes one extra microphone and two ear pads.Bottom line is that this headset is serviceable and not worth returning but overall, I am disappointed.
