Was using Apple Cider Vinegar alone, which works good for me, added Turmeric and I feel amazingly way better!This is a great product that really work, at least for me.

My husband and I use this regularly. My husband has arthritis. We knew it worked because we ran out on a couple different occasions and I was slow to reorder and we both could feel a difference. Especially my husband, who purposely tested it by not taking it and then asked me to reorder and now won't be without it. It's not always immediate you need to give it a month of use.

Great product and $4 cheaper than I can buy it locally. I know when I have skipped a day because the shoulder and knee pain returns immediately.

ANY difference in any way, sorry I used them. Wasn't worth my money
