Thought I’d been sent wrong item as this one has a pelmet at the top, unlike the one I was expecting. On checking, it’s made by same company (inotree), has the 32 closing magnets, 2 extra sets of gravity sticks on the bottom and full frame hook & loop so not a problem. I’ve has several types of these mesh curtains over the years and have always faulted the magnets and the gaps around the sides because the fixings were short pieces of hook & loop - this curtain corrects both those problems perfectly. It’s a few inches too long but as all my previous mesh curtains have been as well I’m used to coping with that, choosing not to attempt to shorten the curtain (and possibly ruin it in the process). I’m very pleased with my purchase - it was easy to fix, corrects a couple of problems most mesh curtains of this type have, works as expected and looks very smart.Just over a year on and the glue holding the velcro to the frame has "expired"!! I've purchased some stick on velcro so will see if I can redo it - otherwise it'll probably need to be siliconed back in place.🤞

I bought this to screen the kitchen door. Last year I tried a different style of fly screen which came folded in two connected halves, was supposed to be held straight after fitting by a rod along the side and had a hinge type opening on one side. The only thing that worked properly about this one was the actual mesh material - it kept flies out but the mechanics didn't work at all - the rod kept dropping out and the panels kept standing away from the sides. So this year I tried a different style, one with a magnetic central opening. This works beautifully - I pushed throught the centre this morning with a basket full of washing and it closed perfectly behind me. And it was very easy to fit. A good buy if you want to keep the insects out.

For most people this will be a quick and easy install. I’m quite tall and mobile so could reach the top of the door without a ladder or help. I stretched the netting over the door frame to make sure it fitted first and then after a 2 minute clean of the door frame with normal multipurpose cleaner and it was good to go. Instructions say to put Velcro on the netting first but I put on the frame instead as it is easier to manage. Velcro is super sticky so make sure you’re happy with the positioning. Or take the backing off bit by bit. It’s probably easier to reposition on UPVC frames but it will take the paint off wooden frames (I know from experience lol). There’s a small over hang in length but I’ve also left that despite the instructions to have a 2cm gap at the bottom, because flies crawl!Don’t know about durability as I’ve only just put it up but have high hopes as it looks well made (strong seams and netting).Also doesn’t block the view as much I thought it would.Now considering smaller ones for windows!

At last a curtain that is strong and will not fall apart in 5 minutes. This curtain is joined at the top unlike a variety of other curtains I have bought and binned. The curtain has a strong tape all around the outside. There is quality Velcro supplied which is long enough to go right around edges. The magnets are enclosed inside the edging tape and when it closes it is virtually silent. The 18 pairs of magnets are first rate.The only negative is that I have a quite short door opening and I cannot raise the curtain high enough so the weights at the bottom drag the floor being 120mm too long. I cannot shorten it due to the edging strip and weights being shown into it, and cannot raise it higher.Fantastic quality at last after buying loads of other makes over the last 5 years. This one will be going back on next summer as well.

This was perfect for a couple of weeks for keeping all the flies outside but after about a fortnight the velcro stopped being efficient because of the coming-and-going of people through the doorway. I'll probably fold it up and stick it in a cupboard until next Summer now that it's getting cooler and flies aren't in as much abundance but obviously means leaving the stuck-on black velcro lining on the door frame for a year. It really does the trick but it just seems to be impossible to maintain the life of the velcro. A spare roll might be a good option but I'll probably buy and replace new velcro next time I use the door.

After buying two cheap door screens which were a complete waste of money, lasting less than a month each, I wish I bought this first. This product is ten times better and far better value. Quality is noticeably better and functionally it works so much better - the stiched in magnets are brilliant at reclosing after you walk through. Also like that both halves are stiched together at the top making this both very durable and easy to install, which also looks so much better. My advice is if you just want a screen that you wont walk through you can buy cheap. But if you want a sceen you can walk through endlessly without it ripping or falling apart and easily store and reuse, then invest a few extra pounds in his far superior screen. You get what you pay for...

Very strong magnets close the two sides very well. Strong sturdy mesh. Depending on door width and height could be a problem to fit. We had to have someone we know use a sewing machine to reduce the width so it would fit the door properly. The Velcro on the side of the curtains makes the difficult.

Buy one of these every year live in apartment and want my dog to be able to get out on the balcony when I'm not home.

This is a quality screen that looks great. I love the white color as most screens are black. The only drawback we see is that it is not puppy-proof but there is no screen that is puppy-proof. She ate through the patio door screen which is why we purchased this screen. Our daughter's older dog goes through it easily and it does withstand that kind of use. It pops into place nicely. The puppy liked how it moved when going through it so it became her new chew toy. We did order another one and after she is trained we will put it up. It works great and the magnets are strong. The mesh is lightweight so air does flow through nicely.

Exactly as described. Seems durable enough. The adhesive is pretty strong but make sure you wipe the frame first. Also, be prepared for it to peel off paint when you ever want to remove this. The adhesive velcros to the screen around its edges (a roll of it comes and you cut it for the sides and top). Then you peel off the paper on the back of the velcro to reveal the super strong adhesive. I removed the top only first, got that secured to the top of my door, making sure it was centered, then I did one side and then the other, leaving the paper on one side until I was ready. It's strong adhesive and you don't want wind or twisting making it catch the screen. If the magnets dont connect at the bottom well enough, make the sides of the screen slightly come in towards the bottom (like 1/8" not even noticeable). It might peel up paint to redo so get it straight and not bowing outwarfs towards the bottom or the bottom magnets will be slightly apart. It came with a box of push pins so I put one on each corner, and then every two feet starting from the bottom.So, good price, easy to install and looks good. You can see through it just fine but the mesh is tight enough that not even a gnat will get through. Happy I bought this

Ich hatte schon einige 'günstigere`Fliegenvorhänge... und hab mich ständig darüber geärgert.Dieses Produkt ist sehr gut verarbeitet, rundum Klettband, viele Magneten. Tatsächlich schließt sich der Vorhang selbständig. Ganz klare Kaufempfehlung!!!

This is my second time purchasing this particular brand. I like the white color because it still looks attractive when I keep the back deck door open. For me, it lasts about a year, eventually tearing from my dog going in and out (I also keep it up regardless of extreme weather). The price, aesthetic, and convience make it worth the buy, and cheaper brands probably wouldn't withstand a 70lb Pitt with sharp claws and a penchant for headbutting her way through. It is excellent quality and tough construction. The magnets are strong and snap back in place perfectly.
