This is a great and attractive filing system, ideal for families. My only comment is that there are only enough plastic clips for the item, so if you break one or more putting the item together, you’ve got problems. It’d be better to send a few spares.

Really impressed with this. It took a few minutes to work out how the clips worked, even with instructions but once I worked it out the thing slotted together quite easily. Don’t know if it’s standard but I did receive one extra clip. I note other buyers had problems and a few Brocken clips so I was extra careful - I thought they were quite robust if handled well. The unit itself is plyboard with a laminate effect coating, it looks pretty neat. The unit tapers to a point so a big bundle of documents doesn’t fit in too well but for everyday use it’s pretty effective. I’d like it just to be a bit deeper so for that reason it lost a star but that’s all. It arrived super quick, was good value and the packaging was very robust without being overkill. Thumbs up from me.

What a cracking product. Folders never sit neatly on a desk, or shelf, with bookends so I was looking for a reasonably priced solution and this seemed to fit the bill. It looks great and keeps key folders easily at hand without worrying that every time I take a folder out the rest will fall over.My only criticism is that the little clips are quite fragile and as you are fitting in the last couple of dividers some can ping out and if they break you are then short on clips. It's not a real issue as it's quite robust even with a couple of clips missing.Assembly tip: clip in the back and the next divider down, then turn the product over and slide the remaining dividers into place before putting in the clips. Make sure you have the dividers the right way up!!If there were four extra plastic clips included it would have been a perfect 5* review

I read a few mixed reviews so wasn't sure if I was going to like this unit but I can tell you I am delighted. It comes as a flat pack with easy to follow instructions; the plastic pegs which hold the unit together need to be securely clicked into place to make the unit sturdy. A strong press and a click that can be felt is all that is required; took me about 15 minutes to construct.Once the unit has all been put together I was able to lift it and move it around, constructed downstairs, taken upstairs to my office, feels sturdy, well made and ready to fill with my printer paper, labels and wallet folders; anything up to an A4 size fits in with ease; width wise fits approx. half a ream of printer paper in each slot.It looks good with my wooden computer desk and will certainly keep papers and other stationary items in a neater and a lot easier to find. It has now been filled and in use for a number of days, making my usually disorganised office a lot neater place, it is certainly a lot stronger and better looking than cardboard files.A really good unit of filing trays that I would be happy to recommend.-000000000000

I previously gave this 1 star review. I like how it looks, the concept is a great idea but sadly, for me, this is where the positives stop for the product itself.However, I want to point out that their customer service skills are 5 star, they are so happy to help, advise etc. They have so good and are very customer focused. All I will say is that if there is a problem contact them, you will not be disappointed. They will do all they can to help, this was my experience and hense why I've not changed my review as I think, in this modern world we seem to have lost personal touches and help. It has been a pleasure to deal with them, nothing was too much trouble.I have decided to use the product in my office and so will review the product again in a few months.

There are a few design flaws with this. As another reviewer has already mentioned, when a file is inserted it can get stuck down the central spine and can be difficult to pull back out. The clips are not strong enough to keep the whole thing intact and often fly off when it’s moved or if heavy files are inserted. Not very robust. Looks good but fiddly to assemble, the main problem being that as all the slats are inserted the whole thing becomes very rigid and inflexible, making the last few slats really hard to align and fix in. The thin laminate wood is sharp so take care when assembling. Plasters at the ready! This is ideal for organising lightweight paperwork but maybe not files or anything heavy.

I wanted something a little different to the big standard filing trays. This looks good and was easy to assemble.My only gripe is that I managed to give myself a nasty ‘paper cut’.
