WUNDERGARDEN pack of 2 large 500L garden waste bags (H86 cm, D86 cm)

Lockdown brought with it a big garden clear-up exercise. Not being a gardener, my participation was to take the resulting cuttings to the local dump, while my wife and youngest son did the clever stuff. They generated a HUGE amount of stuff to get rid of. These bags are really up to the task, although you have to be careful not to fill them up with anything too heavy as they'll become impossible to lift (and they'll probably tear). For cuttings, grass, small branches etc they are perfect. Now the big clear up is over, I guess the only danger is that I will wait until three are filled before going to the dump, which is going to upset my wife!Recommended.

Very tough and robust bags. This is the second set I have bought but only because I can fit 6 in my people carrier at once. The previous set is now well used and over a year old but still as good as new. The hoop keeps the bag open when filling and the handles are super strong, with the extra two at the bottom of the bag for easy emptying. These are about half the size of a large wheelie bin and can hold a lot of clippings/branches.

When loading up we put some branches it and tried to push them down, the bags are robust but the end sof the sticks where just starting to push through when standing on the bag. Great for small stuff or more chopped up branches.

...they’re really BIG! This item was exactly as described and therefore cannot be said to have disappointed. However, the immense size is both an advantage and a disadvantage. If you’re huge and strong then you’re only limited by the size of your car (if, as I, you take your garden waste to the local tip). I’m not and reached a point where the first container was only just over half full but I could not longer lift it. That’s where having more than one became very useful. To be honest, I never opened the third one. They would have filled the garden. I gave it to a very grateful friend. So be warned. These are for strong people with big gardens.

I have only had these for a short while and have used them constantly. They are ideal and take so much garden waste. Good value for the money.

Really good strong bags, thick and strong and HUGE.Great for grass or small wood logs etc or storing things in the garage or loft.

+ Lieferumfang:- 3 Laubsäcke 1x200L, 1x300L, 1x500L Fassungsvermögen- drei Stabilisierungsringe aus Plastik+ Design:Die Laubsäcke werden gefaltet geliefert. Sie bestehen aus grünem laminierten PE-Gewebe. Oben und unten befinden sich je zwei Griffe. Zur Stabilisierung der oberen Öffnung befinden sich im Lieferumfang drei Schienen aus Plastik.Die Säcke haben die folgenden Größen:200L - 71cm Höhe und 60cm Durchmesser300L - 84cm Höhe und 67cm Durchmesser500L - 86cm Höhe und 86cm Durchmesser+ Inbetriebnahme und Bedienung:Die Säcke müssen vor der Verwendung erstmal die Stabilisierungsringe bekommen. Diese bestehen aus biegsamer Plastik und werden durch eine der beiden Metallösen oben geschoben. Einmal rundherum durchschieben bis sie aus der anderen Metallöse heraus kommen, dann in die andere Öse stecken. Danach können die Säcke verwendet werden.+ Fazit:Die Säcke werden zusammengefaltet geliefert. Vor der Verwendung muss noch ein Stabilisierungsband durchgezogen werden. Das ist etwas fummelig, funktioniert aber. Allerdings steht der Sack aus eigener Kraft nicht, da nur der obere Rand stabilisiert wird.Von der Qualität sind die Säcke ganz ordentlich. Ganz genau darf man aber nicht hinschauen, denn wenn man sie ans Licht hält, dann sieht man, dass sie nicht gleichmäßig gewebt wurden und an manchen Stellen doch recht dünn erscheinen.Ansonsten halten sie ganz schön was aus. Man kann sie nicht nur mit Laub, sondern beispielsweise auch mit Erde befüllen. Ich mache dies zum Beispiel immer gerne im Frühjahr mit frisch gesiebter Komposterde. Dabei steht der Sack aber in der Garage und wird nach und nach befüllt. Für einen Transport mit Erde usw. erscheinen sie mir nicht gemacht zu sein. Hier muss man dann wohl auf Schwerlastsäcke zurück greifen.Auch wenn ich den Rasen kultiviere, kommt das Moos usw. in diese Säcke und wird nach und nach an die Biotonne verfüttert.Wenn man die Säcke nicht benötigt, dann kann man sie wieder platzsparend zusammenfalten. Sind dann zwar nicht mehr so dünn wie bei der Lieferung, aber auf jeden Fall doch wesentlich kleiner.Was gefällt mir gut:- gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis- die Säcke bieten sehr viel Platz- stabilisierter Rand- sehr geringes Eigengewicht- sehr reißfestes Material- mit zwei Griffen oben und zwei Griffen unten- können platzsparend zusammengelegt werden.Was gefällt mir nicht so gut:- das Material ist ungleichmäßig gewebt- die Säcke sind nicht standfest
