Lovely Italian crafted and works fantastic!
Made in Italy with obvious craftsmanship. All stainless steel. I bought a large version because we drink a LOT of iced tea and the 1 gallon plastic garbage just doesn't cut it. Although large, it fit easily into our refrigerator and keeps tea fresh and cold for a week. Just a beautiful and utilitarian product. Spigot takes some learning but seal is tight and no leaking. Just love this item!

Water doesn't taste like plastic
This is a great water system. I like that it has a little release valve at the top to allow the water to flow. I tried several different plastic types of containers, but they all left the water tasting like plastic, and they all broke within a few months. This is very sturdy, very stable, very well, made and leaves the water tasting like water.

WOW! Someone still makes things of quality!
I have never left a review on Amazon but I am so happy with my purchase I wanted to leave a review. This vessel is functional, beautiful and made so well I just marveled at it when it arrived--- I am nearly always lamenting the quality of things made today. Thank you for making something that will last AND is lovely to look at!

No Plastic!
We travel with these in our Sprinter- especially during winter, when the van is 'winterized', we used to carry water in plastic 5-gallon containers, but two of these 3-gallon, plus two 1-gallon stainless bottles are enough for a two or three-week camp, and since they are stainless, very high quality, easily cleaned, and have a spigot that will rotate to the side, so it will stay cleaner. Nice handles for carrying, a valve to relieve vacuum as you empty. They are handsome, and add a nice touch to our "home".Only complaint is you have to tip the thing forward to fully empty, but then the valve can't be on the bottom, so...I highly recommend these, and promote using less plastic when camping.

Poor Quality Control - Leaky Spigot and Dirty Container
The product is beautiful however the spigot leaks around the gasket to the water container. It will not tighten down to create a tight seal. There was additionally quite a bit of black grease all around the container which proved somewhat difficult to clean off. I am hopeful that this was a defect or low chance issue however, we are very disappointed because we intended on using this in an RV while on vacation and a replacement will not ship in time. Very disappointed and I dont think I can recommend, unless QC is increased.

Beautiful and sturdy
Beautiful and sturdy. I use the fusti to store filtered drinking water from my Berkey; stainless steel is the only material that comes in contact with the water. Even the spigot (it's actually a gate-leg type faucet) is stainless steel. No leaks whatsoever. The fusti has a screw-on lid that fits very tightly, but I leave it fairly loose. As other reviewers have stated, the plastic stand that comes with the fusti is a joke -- it wobbles and seems pointless. I keep the fusti at the edge of the counter, just as I do with the Berkey, and it works just fine.My last water dispenser was glass, and after the spigot broke, I couldn't find a new spigot that didn't leak. Plus -- I live in earthquake country; I want the stored water for emergencies. A glass receptacle just isn't a practical idea. I initially bought an earthenware replacement, but it was as fragile as glass and probably contained lead.I'm very happy with the stainless steel fusti, and I will probably buy a larger one in addition to the 5-liter size for even more drinking water storage.Highly recommended.

Bought for quality but it leaked shortly after buying
5 months after PURCHASE it started leaking. My only option is to purchase a 35 dls replacement spout
