Milk and Cookies (A Frank Asch Bear Book)

This is a really cute story, I had a copy of this book in my own children's library and we always loved it. I bought a copy for my grandchildren. Just ...when reading it, don't use a scary voice for the dinosaur ... use a friendly voice please ... so your little ones will like the dinosaur. :-)

My son is a big fan of Milk and Cookies. This simple story is very relatable to him and really that of most young children. Being somewhere unfamiliar and seeing new things that you don't know anything about can be scary, even when it is someplace you believe to be safe such as a grandparents house. A simple read that hasn't been memorized yet, but eventually will be when he's done with it. The artwork is simple and the story is very good. I'm looking into other stories by the same author to possibly pick up for him. While not his overall favorite book, it definitely is top five at this time.

My children loved this story growing up and now my grandchildren are enthralled by it. I was so happy to find it published with the same artwork that my family enjoyed 25 yrs ago!

LOVE Frank Asch!! This book came in perfect condition! I got the hardback and this story is so cute!! The drawings and stories I love! If you’re not a fan of his books just yet I recommend him 1000%!! Start with “Mooncake” and “Popcorn”!! Those are my favorites!!

A book for my new grandson. It was a favorite when my children were growing up

My daughter loved this book when she was little, so we made sure to get it for her first baby, our first grandson! Such a cute book about woodstoves, sleeping over at grandmas & grandpas, and midnight treats!

My daughter's favorite book (age 2). It never gets old to her and has helped her understand emotions of sad and happy. Excellent engaging story for all ages. So happy with this purchase.

I bought this book again so my grandkids could get a look at the book that wasn't all colored on by their parents...😊 ...they may leave their own color marks in the new book...and that's ok!.

I give this book to everyone I know as a baby gift! I loved it as a child and one of my friends kids loved it so much, she bought all of the Frank Asch books. Highly recommend!

I loved this book when I was little and now I read it with my children. A fun and imaginative story that a child can easily relate to, it’s easy to read, and has fabulous art to go along with it, the pictures have an almost textured appearance. My children love it just as much as I did.

This book was a childhood favourite, and I was happy to see this on Amazon. I purchased the board version for my nephew and was very pleased with the quality and quick shipping.
