This oil is stronger than any other oil of oregano I've used before because it is more pure and undiluted. The previous oils I purchased I used under my tongue for immediate healing; however, this oil is too potent to use under your tongue undiluted. Someone advised me to dilute in a glass of water.....this does not work, as the oil of oregano does not dissolve in water and remains in the glass clinging to the sides or bottom. I didn't figure this out until I became ill with a sore throat and sinus infection and the oo oil wasn't working! After reading the other reviews I discovered that this oil of oregano needs to be diluted with another oil such as olive oil or coconut oil. I immediately took the oo in a spoon with olive oil and let it sit in my mouth and under my tongue for a few seconds. The results were extraordinary...... my throat and respiratory infection improved 500 percent within ten minutes. I am not exaggerating. I wasted a whole day and a sleepless night by using it incorrectly. I expect to be totally healed now in a couple of days. It pays to follow instructions.

I honestly have not gotten sick one time since I started taking this oil well over a year ago. I mean, not even so much as a cough. It is VERY potent both in strength and in smell. If you spill it it's not exactly one of those scents that just vanishes quickly into thin air. I buy vegetarian capsules and take one each morning. It can be a little intense at first and especially on an empty stomach. So if you have a weak stomach I wouldn't suggest taking it on its own first thing in the morning. Also, drink enough water to get the capsule all the way down your tract because if you have vegan/veggies capsules like I do. Mine literally start to dissolve right away and this oil will burn the living hell out of your throat and you may end up traumatized for life. Not that I learned the hard way or anything, lol.Well worth the money.

I have been using this product now for several months and let me just say wow. I have always been a regular person with the occasional stomach upset but never thought I needed any sort of boost. After doing a bit of research on the benefits of oregano and its amazing health benefits I decided to give this a go. I'm a pretty loyal customer so when I saw ReThinkOil had some oregano caps I decided to give them a try rather than use the pure oil as I didn't want to deal with mixing it with a carrier oil and possibly messing up the dose. I've read plenty of reviews and see a lot of people use this product to help them have a bowel movement. I actually have an aunt that has serious pain issues and suffers from medicated induced constipation and this has been the only thing to actually help relieve her. Since I never needed that kind of help I decided to use it as an immunity booster. If my kids are sick or I feel a bit of a scratchy throat coming on I start taking the oregano. I will also use this if my stomach is not happy after eating something that disagrees with me. I always try a natural approach to healing any ailment and this has been a wonderful find. I can't recommend this product enough for anyone who doesn't want to go the big pharma route with everything. This is an awesome tool to have in your arsenal for all sorts of stuff. Like I stated oregano is great for constipation, gas, helping control bad gut bacteria, it can even be used as a natural antibiotic.

As a nurse, I thought the only cure for a cold was 7-10 days. Wrong! This is it. I bought this to have on hand and didn't take it until my cold was full blown which was day 2 after symptoms stated. I don't know why, but I was kind of scared to take it because of all the warnings about the burning in the throat. I started out taking one drop in a tablespoon of coconut oil twice a day, then increased to 2 drops twice a day. OMG, within minutes after I took the first dose, my head congestion was significantly decreased and I could breathe out of my nose again. By end of the third day of taking this, my cold was gone. Normally, it takes me a couple of weeks to get over a cold if I'm lucky because more often than not, what starts as a cold ends up becoming bronchitis. This means a trip to the Dr. for steroids. The best part is that its natural and it WORKS!

I had been using the P73 brand of Oregano Oil for years and it seems to have worked well with keeping away colds and allergies. However, this past year I got hit with both and thought I would try another brand. With the other brand, I would put a few drops under my tongue, let it set about 30 secs and swallow. The oil would burn my throat a bit going down but, I got use to it. ReThinkOil brand is much more potent than the brand I was using. This stuff burned the **** out of my tongue and throat, brought me to tears! I then read the instructions :) Now, I add it to my smoothie or if I'm feeling brave, chug 1 drop down in a tablespoon of coconut oil. It's been a few months, no allergy or cold symptoms.

My fiancé started using oregano for allergies. They have literally stopped overnight. His allergies are better and he does suffer from IBS. He told me yesterday that he doesn't even remember he has allergies because it doesn't bother him. He mixes two drops of this and one drop of peppermint oil when his stomach hurts. It works for him, although the everyone is different . It does have a strong smell... And don't apply it directly to skin! It will burn you, instead use coconut oil as a carrier.
