For one Volume of gulab jamun mix, Add 1/4 Volume of water. 2. Mix well without lumps. 3. Apply oil to your palms and make the dough into smooth equal sized Balls (Min of 24nos). 4. Fry them in moderately hot oil/vanaspathi with continuous stirring till they turn into golden brown, remove and keep them aside for 2 minutes. 5. Soak the fried jamun in hot sugar syrup. Sugar syrup : For one volume of sugar,add one volume of water and boil it for 5 minutes. Note:200gm of mix needs 110ml (approx) of water.
