Kids Fishing Net - Telescoping Bait, Minnow, and Butterfly Net With 11.4" Depth, Handle Extends to 30" for Easy Catch and Release

We got this net for my 5 year old, who is obsessed with catching anything right now. Fish, bugs, butterflies, squirrels, you name it. He's been asking for a new net for this spring because he wore out the old one. The only ones we could find in the store we're plastic or really cheap feeling. They did not feel like they would be sturdy or strong enough to catch anything other than a butterfly. When we saw this net it was exactly what he wanted. I was very impressed when it came with the quality and durability. It is lightweight yet feels strong enough to catch a large fish, and sturdy enough to hold up to a 5 year old boy with endless energy, Who wants to catch anything he sees. I love this net and so does my son! He was overjoyed when he opened he package and takes it with him everywhere. He just holds it and always has it with him ready to catch stuff. We took it camping last weekend and it doesn't even have a scratch on it.Also, it extends to twice the length so it will grow with him, or suit a different need.Can't say enough about it. We love it.

We ordered these while in vacation in Oahu because our cheaper versions broke. These were great quality and love the telescope handle. Was easy to pack for the flight home. Love that it came in a 2 pack and that they’re the same. Great for our 2 kids!

Bought for 7 yo; she loves it. The square bottom makes it easier to scoop catches out of the net, and the sides are high enough that small frogs can’t leap out. The colors have stayed bright all summer and the net is holding up. This will be the first net to last a whole summer!The handle is sturdy, as is the ring holding the net. Very satisfied with this net.

Net is very sturdy for how lightweight and portable it is. The easy telescoping of the handle makes the net fairly long when needed, yet stay portable. I used this net creek fishing for small bass, bluegill, and creek chub. Net performed as expected and worked well to scoop small fish. My only complaint is when the net arrived the threads that connect the basket to the handle wouldn't thread all the way in. There was some sort of glue dried on the threads. After using a razor blade to scrape the glue off it threaded together just fine. Would recommend this for light fishing use.

We’ve used this product 3 times and it’s already come apart at the handle with no way to reattach. Poor design.Updated: Changed this review to 5 star because this seller stands behind their product. These nets are sturdy and easy to handle for my grandchildren. The telescoping wand is great! They are used for catching frogs and fish.

I got this net for my daughter at the beach. It was to be used with sand crabs, ghost crabs, blue crabs and small fish/ minos.It was the best net. All the other kids and even adults wanted to use her net since it was so much sturdier. 3/5 nets broke that week, but this was one that did not break! And it was certainly used the most.The only slight problem was that the net is very deep. The crabs were hard to get back out of the net to release (only catching them for fun, then we release them). But depending on what your are using this for that might be better!Even when the kids would scoop up a ton alof sand while trying to get a crab that sits in the sand where the waves wash up, it still didn’t bend or brake. She will still be able to use it next year. The cheaper ones are only good one summer!

The media could not be loaded. This fishing net is actually stronger than it looks. It is fun and bright and the awesome thing is that you can make it long or short. You can probably use it for more than just fishing and it will hold up to the test. My son put one of his toys that is pretty long and on the heavy side and he was able to carry it. The durability and size of the net and handle are its greatest features. The telescoping handle is kinda hard to elongate but the more times we shortened then lengthened it the easier it got to move the handle. Overall he loves it and it looking forward to fishing and more.
