bought this as a gift for my mother, she said even when the cup is black you can still see the writing, she was shocked when she washed it for the first time because it turned white, and she hadn't a clue. she said it is perfect size for her morning cup of coffee. very sturdy and no cracks or chips on the cup.

It was a gift for my Mother. She lives far away and the grandkids wanted to get her something special for Christmas. It arrived broken. She was disappointed. I contacted the company and they responded promptly and sent a new one immediately. My Mother is so happy and so are her grandkids! She loves her new mug! A highly recommended company with wonderful customer service!

Solid cup with a good smooth feel to it makes for a great cup. Nana likes it, so it must be good ;-)The handle has a good feel to it and is wide enough that you can fit multiple fingers in it, instead of just one or two as some smaller cups are designed.

Do not buy!! The mug is suppose to turn white with hot liquid and it does not do that. This was suppose to be a mother's day gift, but instead its just a bust!!!! Very disappointed. Wouldn't even give it 1 star. Oh, and it came packaged horribly!

Nana loved it.

Made a great gift for our grandchildren to give their Nana on Mother's Day. She uses it everyday.
