Springbok's 500 Piece Jigsaw Puzzle Cookie Tins - Made in USA

I have turned into a puzzle connoisseur during this pandemic. I have tried many puzzle brands, even Hallmark. I can say Springbok, made in Kansas City, are by far the best! They are very study, fit together well, and are super challenging. They aren't the typical square puzzle piece. They are all shapes and sizes. It's even a challenge to do the boarder, as some flat pieces aren't border pieces. I will never buy another puzzle again unless it's Springbok. Amazing quality!

I have worked 1000 piece puzzles for years and recently switched to 500's. This puzzle has bright colors matching those in the picture, which is 7 1/2 in. by 10 in., on the front of the box. There is no poster inside the box. The pieces are like what you expect from Springbok; different in individual shapes and larger than 500-puzzle pieces of many other brands. This one is a nice challenge because of the variety in the patterns of the cookie tins.

This is a great, detailed, interesting puzzle! I only buy Springbok puzzles because of the crazy shaped, thick pieces - and this one did t disappoint.

I took this puzzle to a friend who had broken her leg. She was obsessive aboutcompleting the colorful picture of cookie tins and did so in one day. A benefit ofa 500-word puzzle is that it can be done more quickly giving that satisfactionof "finished!"

Springbok puzzles always have sturdy pieces with unusual, intriguing shapes. All the pieces in this puzzle are colorful with lots of different designs so you have to be very discerning. I thought I might be working on this puzzle for weeks, but it was easier than I thought.

I thought w the Springbok name this would be a great puzzle. Such a cute colorful pic! But the puzzle pieces barely fit together, the cardboard was super cheap and had strange press marks as if the big cutting blade to cut the puzzle was off. This puzzle would not lay flat!! I messaged Amazon right away and they gave me a credit no questions asked it worked out. But we were disappointed because it looks like it would be a really fun puzzle.

It has a missing piece. This is the second Springbok puzzle in a week with missing pieces. This is the first time that happened to me in forty years of Springbok puzzles. I contacted them. They added shifts and upped productionand pushed it past it quality point. I am very disappointed. Now I cannot trust that the piece I am looking for is even there. Gets in the way of enjoying the puzzle big time.

We have done over 40 puzzles since the pandemic started. Obviously, we are retired but we really do enjoy doing a good puzzle. But the one had a couple of pieces missing. Very frustrating. We are almost finished with another one and one of the pieces is missing from that one too. This has happened far too often and the puzzles are not cheap!

This was supposed to be a Springboc puzzle and i was going to give it as a gift. The puzzle arrived from China in a generic box, cheaply printed, and completely unsuitable.Will buy puzzles locally from now on. Made me rethink buying stuff from Amazon Marketplace and stuff sent from China.

What I received did not even resemble the pictures on the site. No Springbok logos or any other writing on packaging. Washed out photocopy of picture that should have been on the box. Says manufactured in USA but came from China.

This puzzle is NOT as described, and is NOT made by Springbok. The pieces are all similar. I was very disappointed with the product.
