I'm taking these along with metformin and another supplement with myo inositol & d-chiro (I have PCOS). I feel like it's been doing me pretty good, however I would say if you get the pink stork Hormonal Balance supplements, it's cheaper and has the exact same & amounts of vitamins!!! I just switched over today!

I’ve had pretty bad pms since the birth of my daughter 4 years ago. Mainly just really bad mood swings I can’t seem to control. I’m nearing 40 and thought it was just me nearing pre menopause. I saw an ad for these pills and thought I’d take a chance. I’ve been taking them for about a week, with my next cycle due in a week. Normally around this time my mood starts to change and the slightest things will make me angry or upset. I’ve noticed a marked change in that I’m more “me” this time around. I feel better, less tired, and have more energy, not to mention I’m not yelling or feeling uncomfortable. The pills are a little big and have a slight taste to them, but they’re not unpalatable. Drink lots of water after them or they tend to get stuck in your throat. Overall, I’ve only been taking them for a week, so maybe it’s all in my head, but I definitely feel better and I would 100% recommend these to anyone whose been struggling with PMDD symptoms.

Have been using product for about 3-4 months now- on and off. Good and effective despite not taking it daily. No side effects and best alternative to drugs(pain killers).

I’ve had brutal periods for the last several months. Bad headaches, unbearable cramps, fatigue. OTC pain relievers weren’t even providing relief anymore. I started this on the last day or so of my period and took it daily with food. My period came the following month, and the usual crippling pain was not there. I would say it relieved upwards of 80% of my PMS pain. I also drank 2 cups of the tea every day during my period. I know some reported stomach issues but I had none. Will continue to take this!

The are ok, I haven't noticed big changes on mood and feelings overall after 20 days or so. The downside is: *They do upset my stomach even with food. *They also give me this feeling like they get stuck in my throat no matter how much water I drink. I feel them right on my stomach. *The taste is too strong. They are good pills, but not for sensitive stomachs.

I’m writing this a couple months after stopping this supplement now that I’m past most of the trauma I’ve gone through. These supplements had the same effect that hormonal birth control had on me almost 10 years ago. I had bad symptoms while taking the supplement like swollen lymph node in my neck, dizzy spells, and the worst period I’ve ever had but once I stopped taking it it had thrown my hormones so out of whack that I had insane anxiety. I don’t normally suffer from anxiety but the only other time I felt this way was after birth control threw off my hormones. Can’t sleep, racing heart, panicky almost all day and night and it didn’t completely regulate for months. Not to mention I didn’t ovulate the first month after and my period was weeks late. My doctor tells me herbal supplements aren’t regulated and you have to be very careful with them. Especially if you have a normal cycle and there was nothing to “regulate”. Now I know, but I need to save anyone who could potentially have a similar experience. Especially if you’re sensitive to hormonal birth control or synthetic hormones I would stay clear of this.
