We have been searching for a new comforter (NOT duvet cover!) for weeks now. We've ordered multiple from Amazon and have looked at a ton in stores. We wanted a bigger, poofier, fluffier comforter that was actually good quality. After being disappointed numerous times, we've finally found it! The dark grey color is awesome (the lighting in some of my photos make it look a little lighter than it actually is) and it is super comfy! We tested it out for the first time last night and normally, I get really hot at some point throughout the night (from a much lighter comforter, too) and I never did with this one. It's a really great combo of being a little heavy/dense (will be great for Wisco winters) but also light, poofy, and fluffy at the same time. I'm not sure how they made that happen, but they did. I would highly recommend getting the king size even if you have a queen - seems to run a little smaller than most. The only thing is we haven't washed it yet to see how it holds up, but I'm guessing it'll be just fine. I'll update my review if not. Also, ignore the wrinkles in the photos - those will obviously come out after it's washed and dried. Needless to say, I'm super happy with this purchase. Oh, and Jack also approves (like all the other cats on here).

It's fluffy, soft, and warm. The color is a very nice shade of grey. It's exactly what I expected. It comes in vacuum sealed packaging, but if you follow the directions on the listing, it fluffs up very nicely. The sizes are a bit misleading. I had just finished making a queen size quilt, so I was very aware of blanket measurements. The king size IS the average size of a queen size quilt, 90 X 108. Therefore, this blanket will not fit a king size bed. If you have a queen bed, order the king size and it will fit.

Just received this today. Very soft, not really as fluffy as I thought it would be but nice. However, I ordered a king size but it doesn't fit like my current king size comforter, it's smaller. I would purchase a king size for a queen bed. Wonder if the company makes any bigger sizes like a California king?

This is unusually warm. I used to use a heating blanket each winter but found I no longer need it with this and just one other blanket. Stay warm all night. I don't like to be cold, but, I also don't like to be covered in 20 pounds of blankets and would love sleeping with nothing, ever. This blanket is very light, considering how well it insulates. This has to be the most comfortable blanket i have ever slept under. It is not too thick, it's warm, it fit my queen size bed perfectly and best of all the feel of the material is so soft.I am debating if I am going to get 2 more for the guest rooms or not....holidays are coming. This is my favorite comforter of all time and the best part for me is there are no feathers poking out because it's alternative.

Love this comforter! I've had an old down alternative one for years and it was time to replace it. I don't know how they do it but this comforter is not hot in the summer! It's thick and plush and seems very luxurious, but it's not heavy and suffocating like some comforters can be. It breaths when you need it to, but also keeps you warm when you want it to. Love the color too, very deep and rich and won't get dirty easily. Definitely worth the money.

While this comforter is soft, it makes a lot of lint and fluff. I washed it when it came in. It fit fine in my washer and dryer but when it came out of the dryer it was covered in tons of lint. I had to go out and get lint rollers to get all the lint off as it wasn't coming out in the dryer. As I was getting the lint off I pulled on a piece of lint and it was stuffing in the comforter coming out. I trimmed it and the hole was so small that it disappeared with out the stuffing holding it open. It is nice feeling but the time it took it to get all the stuff off it makes it something I wouldn't recommend to people. I have never had to do any of this to other comforters I have had though they have all been full(I got king because I got a queen bed and I like extra covers). As I use it more and wash it more, if the issue was just this one time I will think about upgrading the rating but at this time one star is what it deserves for the time put in.
