UPDATE: the company reached out to me and provided a refund for my experience. Truly fantastic customer service 🙌🏼I expected it to be bigger. I can fit my wallet and basically nothing else because it has such a small width. The tassels fell off immediately so I had to get pliers to make sure they’d stay on. Overall cute purse, but I wouldn’t recommend. Will probably take to Plato’s closet tbh

Shipping was fast. Purse is exactly as described and pictures. I’m a mom who needed a purse just slightly bigger than what I had. I love that it has the two tassel zippers for decoration. It has a readjustable strap. It has a zipper along the back that I put my coins in. The inside is roomy and has a cute striped fabric. It has three pockets or zippers so I’m able to separate out my credit card wallet, chapstick, etc. 100% would purchase again.

This is a great bag. The strap is long but can be adjusted. It is comfortable on the shoulder. I ordered 3 different colors and am very happy with the style, quality and value. Thinking of ordering more colors. I can fit my regular sized wallet, full makeup bag, phone charger, ear buds, sunglasses, keys, medicine and water bottle. There’s ample room for more. Love the zipper tassels and my iPhone 6S plus fits in the outside zip pocket very nicely. The inside pockets are roomy too. Love!

All of the reviews previously posted have been true. It's a really nice bag, with soft vegan leather (whatever that is), color and size were a good fit. The front tassels and metal are a little cheap. The tassels are actually more annoying than they are cute, but I've just moved them over to the side and that has worked out well.I clearly have more junk in my purse than I should because I don't feel like it has good inside pockets but that may be a personal preference or a really picky point? Otherwise the interior lining is nice and clean.I don't know if I would have purchased this in the store but it wasn't a bad purchase either. I'm just unexplainabley meh about it, which probably isn't very helpful for an online review.

When I received this item, I was surprised! Cause the bag was warped like a gift. Then when I opened and check the quality, it was neat. And has multi colors that I can chose to match my dress. Price on this bag is reasonable, actually, it is valuable due to the good quality! I will buy some more as a good choice for Xmas gift. :)

This bag exceeded my expectations. It's the perfect size and very stylish. Roomy inside with pockets inside and outside to secure items. I love it and plan to purchase another. You will not be disappointed.

I liked the quality of the bag. It was shipped safely in a plastic wrapping to preserve the outer material. The color looked very nice. It is a well made bag for not costing an arm and a leg. It's a great gift.

Love this crossbody bag. Nice color, I purchased in navy and tan. It is soft has plenty of room. It appears to be well made. The zippers work well and even though it isn't real leather it looks like leather. Good purchase and can't beat the price!

The bag is great for any purpose I really like it.
