Great colors. Illustrations look just like some of the ones in the books I poured over as a kid...and I mean that in a good way! Contemporary retro! Nice addition to my hall of educational posters!

We saw this poster at the Berlin Ichthyosaur State Park in Nevada and my daughter loved it! So happy to find it on Amazon. She says it's great quality and put it in a frame and hung it in her wall.

Poster is just as described and the print is perfect.

This is a really cool poster! I bought it for my son (but secretly myself and my husband because I know who will enjoy it more) and I catch my husband reading or looking at it often. It’s pretty accurate, colorful, and it was a steal! Glad I bought this and would love to frame it to add to a library or natural history/zoological themed room.

My granddaughter loves this poster and looks at it all the time and asks many questions. (I believe she may be a budding archeologist). I hung it up in the dining room so she could see it all of the time. It helped me identify the area in which we live and the fossils we have found in this area, the Ordovician. The price was VERY reasonable and would be great in any Earth Science classroom.

We are into fossils now. This poster is a nice reminder of what we can expect to find during a specific era. So, where we know the geology of a place our poster tells us the fossils we can expect to find. By the way we purchaed all of our fossil hunting tools at Amazon, saved a bundle.

I've become fascinated by geology rather late in life and have struggled with memorizing and understanding the time periods used to delineate the past. This is a terrifically helpful poster that I have on the wall in my home office. Highly recommend.

I'll give this a 4-star rating, because it serves the purpose I bought it for, which is a poster for my wall. However, it doesn't get a full 5 stars, because some of the dates for the time periods are not current. The scientific consensus on the absolute dates of rock units changes from time to time, and the dates on this are close enough for me to be happy with it. Just don't use it as an actual scientific reference.

Just what I wanted thank you! It’s huge and has so much information packed in to it. I highly recommend. For even as high as Alevel and Degree level even at the higher levels it’s a good peace of wall art to have. Saved me in many an assignment especially being new to the whole geological time scale :)

fantastic poster and so educational. My 12 year old has it up in his room and looks at it often, reciting the information. Excellent.

Very nice product

There is a lot of detail packed into this colourful poster. While it cannot replace a good book (or books), it is very helpful to find a few key points about each of the time periods, then use that to go looking through books or online search engines for the rest. My son spends a lot of time gazing at this map of the ages while going back and forth with his books about dinosaurs, prehistoric sea creatures, and fossils.

Came quick, looks great. Does not come with a cardboard tube. Remember you'll need to flatten your poster with your preferred method when it arrives. Then ends were especially curly. Bought 4 posters from Poster Revolution in total and they came together in identical condition. The posters I bought were: Introduction to Gemstones, Introduction to Minerals, Introduction to Rocks, and Eras of Life. I used 3M's Command series small poster strips to secure these to my wall thanks to another reviews suggestion, I highly recommend them.
