I have a Pentax Optio A30, which is an older digital camera and needed new batteries for it as the ones that came with it do not hold their charge like they used to, so I was delighted to find these batteries at such a reasonable price. The old ones were 800 mAh and these new ones are 1500 mAh so they should hold the charge better.....I would buy these again!!!!

so far its held a charge, I'll update this in a year or so. so here is six more words.It's not been a year but so far, the 2 I bought have held a charge well in use and after more than 2 weeks in storage they haven't started to loose a charge either.Eventually when they do go bad I'll buy them again. A lot cheaper than the original batteries and work just as well.

I have never before ever ordered anything from Amazon. I ordered two of these because the original Pentax battery finally gave up after 8 years and no one in the NH area had any in stock for a decent price. These were very affordable and arrived very quickly. They fit the camera perfectly. I have no complaints whatsoever.

The battery is Dead. Charged it the day it arrived, put it in the camera and it just didn't work. Heck the old 10 year old battery, charged and worked for at least a day. I have to figure out how to return this thing.

Works in my 21 year old Panasonic camera and recharges quickly.

Put it in camera, charged it and it worked like new. Haven't used it enough to know how long it will last on a charge but so far so good.

Order arrived promptly however it was filled incorrectly. I ordered 4 D-L18 batteries and the order arrived with three D-L18 batteries and one labeled BTR-FV50-JWP, which is a completely different size and type of battery. In all fairness, the packaging was mis labeled with the D-L18 bar code. There is a 2 to 1 difference in thickness, so obviously different contents.
