First off- I am NOT a fan of the herby smell. Secondly- holy cow is this stuff great! I bought the bar for economical reasons. My skin has been doing so good! I have eczema and psoriasis and the itchiness I experience daily has reduced and the flaring I deal with daily has been reduced. So happy I heard about this product!

Leaves skin soothed and refreshed.

I have EXTREMELY sensitive and dry skin, so I'm always looking for a better soap. This stuff leaves my skin clean without drying or irritation, which is an impressive feat for me! Leaves my skin cleaner than CeraVe or other "moisturizing" bars without drying it out like a normal Castile soap bar would do. I'd say it's even less drying than a pure glycerin bar, which is impressive! Long lasting bar. Curved so it's easier to hold and use. The only drawbacks are: A) Scented with an old fashioned unisex violet perfume. Smells like a Victorian barbershop, lol. It's not *unpleasant* or even particularly strong smelling or a long lasting smell on my skin compared to most modern toiletries, but I don't like my stuff to be smelly so this a drawback for me. B) Doesn't lather much. Which is annoying, but it's better for skin anyway so w/e C) CONTAINS WHEAT! This one isn't an issue for me personally, but for those with gluten sensitivities this may be an issue, so be aware.

I liked the soap for moisture and soft soap

Out of all the SebaMed products I've tried, the bar soap is by far my favorite. This is the BEST bar soap I have ever used. My body is very dry and if I'm not careful, I get ashy very quickly. This product leaves my skin feeling balanced and although I moisturize after bathing 99% of the time, I didn't feel uncomfortable the few times I skipped body lotion. It applies with more of a soft and viscose lather, so don't expect it to build a big, bubbly lather. I love that it rinses clean and leaves zero soap scum behind. This is the only bar soap for me.

I love the smell and how foamy it gets, my only complaint would be how quickly it goes but I guess that just depends on how much you use it.

I am shocked by the positive reviews on this product. It is HIGHLY fragranced, it smells like a man’s cologne. I washed my hands with it and now cannot get rid of the scent and my hands feel dry. I don’t understand why a product marketed for sensitive skin is heavily perfumed .Yuck!

Ich habe diese seife seit Jahrzehnten benutzt und kaufe sie in den letzten Jahren in der USA wo ich jetzt wohne, aber hier in Deutschland ist der Geruch immer noch so schön wie in meiner Kindheit, die Zusammensetzung in der USA hat sich in den letzen paar Jahren geändert und nich mehr so gut, aber jetzt habe ich sie hier in Deutschland bestellt weil ich hier bin zu besuch und die ist einfach toll!

At the start of the pandemic with all the different brand of face masks my face was breaking out so bad and nothing seemed to help until my mom got me to try this soap last September. I don’t usually use soap on my face because I find it gets my combination skin to dry but with a good moisturizer I am fine using this product. I wear mask for work everyday, all day and got no new breakout in over 6 months! The supplier was great, product arrived 3 weeks early!

A little bit pricey, but good quality.
