Nice knife

This was my first 'quality' knife, replacing a £2.50 tesco knife. Big difference! Sharp and solid, heavy in a good way. Has lasted ten years, and worn in the middle, so it is 'concave'. Well worth the few pounds I paid for it. Not the most stylish and famous, but an unassuming workhorse. Recommended for the price.

Great knife. I bought it to replace one that snapped at the tip. Yes, a Steller Sabatier tip snapped off after 30 years. This is the first Lion Ive brought, and I must admit its a bit big for me to use comfortably. Its a great knife though, but I had to saw the slot in the block a bit bigger to accomodate it

Esta marca la utilizaba mucho cuando trabajaba en Francia y cuando llegue a España compré esta marca me encanta muy buena calidad.

Couteau de fabrication chinoise, et non française comme le veut la vraie marque Sabatier, à Thiers. Un ustensile de cuisine de mauvaise qualité, dont la lame est de 17 cm de longueur, et non de 20 comme indiqué sur l'annonce. De plus, elle n'est pas du tout affûtée, ce qui rend le couteau absolument inutile pour couper, c'est-à-dire remplir sa fonction. Une grande déception, qui a fini à la poubelle.
