Not great, more than half are yuck.
I am new to painting and still learning but to me more than half of these brushes (all the white ones) are unusable, seem like garbage. They leave bristles on the canvas and are just basically a mess, a couple of the larger round ones have random uneven bristles that would need to be trimmed to be usable (do you know how to do that correctly? I don't.) They may be useful for things you use old mistreated brushes for so there is that. The darker bristled brushes are nice, they are soft and even and are working nicely but obviously I paid to much to only be able to use those few. The roll-up storage thing is nice and I am sure I will use it for a long time.

Perfect for the casual artist
These brushes are extremely nice for the price. You get 24 synthetic and natural bristle brushes, great for oil and acrylic painting. They come in their own canvas storage bag. There is a nice selection of different shapes and sizes.They hold the paint well, don't streak, and clean up easily. None of them left any bristles on the canvas which is a typical problem when buying brushes for such a low price. The wood handles were comfortable to hold and sanded and varnished smooth. When I ordered these I was expecting a lesser quality brush than what I received and was definitely pleasantly surprised.

Good quality brushes for beginners or beyond
I'm a beginner painter and these brushes are good quality. The paint (so far only acrylics) goes on smoothly, they're easy to clean, and they don't shed unlike the expensive larger brushes I bought at Michael's.
