I tried a number of different options prior to getting this.It’s quite simple to install on any exercise bike handle. Installation is easy, unscrew the handlebar mount from the connect piece, wrap the handlebar mount around the bar, using the inner segments on small diameter handlebars, or without, on bigger bars, my bike handle doesn’t require the inner segments so I didn't need them.In the photo, I am using it on a standard exercise bike and with an 10.5" iPad Pro. It has a wide range bar diameter that it will fit including the smaller bars, which require the inner fitting.The mount is made out of a strong, lightweight and durable plastic.When I’m on the bike, I can be on it for up to about an hour and throughout the duration it always seems very secure without looking like it’s ever going to fall off and potentially damage your expensive tablet or phone. There’s a certain amount of rocking of the whole mount when I’m applying pressure to the bike handle bars but that’s to be expected when you are rocking the thing that the whole mount is connected to, but once again doesn’t ever feel like it’s to going to dismount. Its positioning, depending where you put it, is ideal, allowing you to comfortably listen to plugged in earphones and adopt a good viewing position without it ever affecting your exercise routine.Even without a bar, you can just attach the tablet mount itself on any regular tripod as long as it has a screw fitting.

Grips perfectly. Convenient fast removal. I can only assume the negative reviews haven't tightened the nut on the bracket. Don't worry. All good. Samsung A tablet.

Very flimsy and not ideal for holding an iPhone, luckily we are only using it on he indoor bike as it slips and the phone has fallen out several times. It says suitable for iPad or tablet, well ours wasn’t suitable kept flopping forward and never stayed put.

Got this for exercise bike and it is fine as long as you don’t peddle. It is useless at holding an iPad Pro 10.5I have used it once and had to remove the iPad as it was going to fall out as the holder cannot hold the iPad steady or safely. What it is like with smaller devices I don’t know.

Easy to install and holds 10.3inch tablet securely. I attached onto the tri bars on my bike so I can watch TV etc whilst on the turbo trainer.
