Great taste
I am from Hawaii and miss my Lau Lau. Lau Lau is pork and salted fish wrapped in taro leaves. It is then cook normally in. Fire pit. But since I can make a fire pit in my back yard I have found a method using a pressure cooker to make it. The problem was where to get the taro leaves. It is very hard to find living in the east coast. I finally found my solution using dried taro leaves I found on Amazon. Now I can make my Lau Lau and it takes only 90 minutes.

Overload
Besides taking forever to cook…. package indicated that it was serving for two in each package… When in reality, it was a service for five or six.

Mixed with gravel.
I purchased 4 bags of this. Rinsed and cooked with coconut milk. This bag of taro dried leaves contains gravel. I broke my tooth eating pieces of little stones. You cannot see it after you rinsed as they are packed in package. I am not sure how these leaves were dried and processed but it is contaminated with sand and gravel. Do not buy. It should be banned. Now I have a fractured tooth :(

If you have no other options
Works for stew recipes but only if you have no other alternatives. I don't think I'll do it again but I made beef luau and insta pot laulau. Wasn't bad
