Right. The best thing about this cover, is that it packs away really small. So if you keep it on a pannier, or travel with it, then this is for you. (And this is not a bad idea.... it would make a great emergency bivi bag, should the zombie apocalypse arrive at an inopportune time!)So I guess I was a little disappointed, as I was expecting some faux elephant hide, imitation canvas military tent or the like. Similar to British products from 30 years ago.This cover is not like that. It almost feels too lightweight to be effective. But it is really well made, fits perfectly on my massive Hardley Rideable, and looks the part.Definitely keeps the weather and other crud away from your pride and joy.It has elasticated end sections, and three straps that pass beneath the bike with quick release adjustable plastic clips. So it doesn't flap about.There's also a big eyelet at the front, I presume to show off your favourite lock, or to wire up an improvised anti theft measure of your choice.All in all. Good value for money. Impressed. Does the job.

I bought the 97 inch version for my Honda 2006 CBF500 which is 88 inches wheelbase. It is an excellent fit especially since I have a large top box fitted. The material is the right balance between weight and flexibility. It is certainly strong enough and looks well put together. The positioning of the elasticated sections and straps makes fitting it very easy. It is snug without being tight so in windy conditions it's not going to be flapping about too much. The cover is also flexible enough that I can roll it up (it comes with a handy pouch but I must confess I haven't used it) to carry in the top box for I have to leave the bike at work all day. There is an additional strap for bad weather which I haven't needed to use as yet - handy to have though. Basically it's a good quality product with robust straps and buckles and for the price I reckon it's a good investment.

A good bike cover for the price but I’ve found it is not totally waterproof. If the cover touches parts of the bike water does come through - a bit like it does if you touch the sides of a tent. I have to use the additional strap because the cover is a bit too large for my bike (TT500) so I need it to stop the wind getting under the cover so where the strap fits around my seat, water comes through. The cover is quite strong, we’ve had some really high winds and one of the quick release clips has broken but the cover has not torn - I do use extra bungee straps to keep it tight around my bike. I’ve put a sheet of plastic over my bike and then use the cover on top which works fine for me, bike totally dry, no condensation. The cover goes right to the ground, covers the wheels and locks, the larger size makes it easier to get on and off. I’m happy with the purchase, I bought a 2nd cover for my husbands TT but do bear in mind the price and don’t expect it to compare with other products that cost 3 or 4 times as much.

Added add :) I now have a CBF1000 with topbox & Storm Alex wasn't a problem either. Very happy with it.Quick add - this cover is brilliant. I now have full panniers & topbox on & it still fits & is secure through all the storms recently. Top-notch cover!Bought this as a cheap, stop gap replacement to my slightly heavier cover which got shredded in a winter storm. This was mainly down to moving house & my new location for parking my bike (650 Versys GT - top box on permanently).Where I now have to park is in an alley between two houses, which acts like a Venturi tunnel for the prevailing wind on the south coast of the UK.This cover is NOT designed to fit my bike with topbox on - it DOES!The 3 built in straps are a superb idea (old cover only had centre strap). Along with the extra wraparound strap - extremely secure.The eyeholes for disk locks, well made & again, extremely useful.This has in the last few weeks survived Storms Ciara & Dennis & is currently doing well with a gusting 50mph wind today.To me, unbeatable for the money.

I bought this as a replacement for my first cover that ive have had just under a year and has ripped already, this product seems much better quality, thicker and i assume it will be more waterproof/resistant than my previous cover... it also has 3 x adjustable separate straps underneeth to secure it down, it comes with 2 holes at the front and 2 at the back to feed through your security lock at the front or back of your bike.... and to top it off it comes with a long strap to wrap right around your bike to make sure its snug so doesnt flap around in the wind.Great product for a good price from what i can tell so far.

Bought this as a replacement for an old Oxford bike cover which had started to tear from use. This cover comes with three straps attached (rather than just one with the Oxford cover) at front wheel, middle and rear wheel. It also comes with a further spare strap to wrap around the bike if needed in rough/windy weather, and a carry bag. I have a Yamaha XJ600S with top box and this more than covers it giving good protection from the rain, dust etc.It looks fairly substantial but not overly thick but I would say its fit for purpose. Instructions included state that you should let the engine cool down before attaching so its not heat proof. Also has openings for front/rear wheel chain attachment for security and reflective strips. All in all very satisfied for the price so am able to recommend based on my observations.
